I told the guy I'm really unhappy, and the coat is defective, and he says "you're an assh%le and get the f#@k out of my store", and calls security. If you buy something from this guy, beware. He's totally disingenuous and a low handed cutthroat thief. Perhaps Marwuan, the rude, insulting, disingenuous thief that he is, should have thought about that before he decided to stick me with a defective coat, and then act like the assh%le he is instead of treating me with the modicum of respect that most customers expect from a merchant. They offer hot drip coffee or freshly ground espresso coffee from an automated machine. I had the drip and it was very good. In addition to the hot pre-made food, there's also a mini subway, a game room, and showers. The customer service was very friendly. They were in good spirits.
