I order for Albertsons all the time for some reason today I went through Instacart and ordered from Albertsons. My groceries came to $72.20. I was charged $109.93 so $40 Were delivery fees for something which I don't understand.. I called Instacart. They never did really fully explain about the $40 they told me about two dollars here three dollars there. I just got so disgusted. I just told Instacart I will never Order through you ever again . so I'm just telling you, so this will not happen to anyone else . If you need groceries go through the groceries store app, download their app on your phone and just go through their app because Albertson when I go through the app, it's much much cheaper I would've never had to pay $40 almost $40 for delivery fees. OK just wanted you to know. Hope that this is helpful for you.!!! Patricia

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Beaumont, CA. We asked…read moreassociate Mateo, and another coworker where to find packing tape. Instead of helping us, they were standing around chatting with each other. Mateo told us the packing tape was all the way on the back wall of the store. We walked all the way back there only to find out the packing tape was actually in the stationery department, just a few aisles from where we had originally asked. It felt like we were intentionally misdirected because he didn't want to take the time to help. That's not the level of customer service shoppers should expect. Management should address this behavior. Associates should be helping customers find products accurately instead of sending them across the store for no reason. This experience wasted our time and left a very negative impression.
