I submitted multiple messages through the Tribez website with no meaningful response. I have also called the salon repeatedly the phone rings, but there has been no pickup and no callback. At this point, my issue is not just the hair result. It is also the lack of follow-up, accountability, and customer service after spending nearly $1,000 with this business.
