After a different vendor gave me a hard time (just because I hadn't dropped off balloon tape?!), I was left scrambling the day before a holiday weekend. I was so stressed, thinking we wouldn't have a balloon garland for my daughter's unicorn-themed party... but then I remembered Jenn who did an awesome tornado balloon garland for my sons 4th birthday a few years ago, and decided to text her and WOW... On less than 24 hours' notice (and on 4th of July, no less), she stepped in without hesitation, showed up on time, moved up and dropped off her prior appointments at an earlier time JUST to bring me everything i needed, and created the most stunning most magical balloon garland I could've imagined. It was beyond beautiful -- full of whimsy, pastel colors, and more than what I ever could've envisioned. She was professional, kind, and made everything feel effortless and truly saved the day.
