I described what I was looking for/imagining and she sent me examples from their website, even suggesting new ideas. They typically don't service La Jolla area, but she got approval to deliver there, and they were still better priced than others in San Diego area. They set up perfectly, even got our arch put together (which was a relief since it was one less thing to do), and broke down at the designated time. Their professionalism and service are top notch.
