I recommend using Doherty Nutrition for guidance to healthy eating . I have been referred to this company by my family physician for pre-diabetic education. Currently I am working with Kaitlin Walker , RD,LD for my pre-diabetic education. She is with the Doherty Nutrition Fort Worth, Tx office. Kaitlin is slowly changing my bad eating habits to a healthy eating habit. She has provided lots of information or should I say " tips and tricks" on types of food to eat at home. She also gave me tips on how to eat healthier when going to a restaurant. I now understand how to read food labels while shopping and how to choose healthy foods from a menu while dining out. I enjoy working with Kaitlin. She is easygoing and understands that life gets in the way when I have days where my meals weren't balanced. The big positive for me is that I am able to meet with Kaitlin online rather than physically going into her office. I only went to the office for my first appointment. Doherty Nutrition provides options to patients -meet online or physically meet in the office. I recommend Doherty Nutrition for assistance with healthy eating. read more
