They also tied it very nicely, and the vacuum pack is clutch. The big order was a bone-in rib roast (six pounds), which will be our Christmas dinner. It's a beautiful roast ... probably Select Grade, since it was about $120. But there is plenty of fat in the cap. If this beauty doesn't taste worth a damn, it's on me. Notice that I rubbed it with dry rosemary, course black pepper, Kosher salt and lemon zest. It will sit in the fridge overnight and roast low and slow on Christmas Day. Among the food is lots and lots of candy. It's about $2 for a good size bag and there's lots to choose from. The ingredients are in different languages but includes English too.
