We met with the owner, Cindy Wold assured us that Panzer would be welcomed and that she would work with him. She was very knowledgeable in dog behavior and within 1 week she had him join the other dogs and worked wonders with his leash training. We had been using a harness on him to control him on walks but now we have him on a regular leash. The facility, A Dog's Life is clean, spacious and well ventilated. But at the beginning of this summer we got a Dutch shepherd who had spent too many weeks with his guard dog mother and not been socialized. We needed help in a big way and Cissy was called again. She really helped us not only with training but by working with her own dogs to help him reorient his behavior. She helped us to find options for behavioral therapy if it was needed. Fortunately, due to her help it wasn't needed. He is now 7 months old and he is a great puppy that our family enjoys. I tutor algebra and he will now under the table and lick my student's feet. It's the most fun they have with algebra and I'm glad to have a sweet, friendly puppy. Highly recommend Cissy. Marc with Bark Busters and his program was amazing with our dog Niko!! Niko has always been a sweet…read moredog but has had numerous behavior problems with recognizing us as the leaders of the house. Especially when it came to disciplining him when he was bad and he would just growl at us and snap his teeth in defiance. After a few hours with Marc, Niko instantly improved on being walked with a leash and not walking ahead, also being called to sit next to me and not move. These exercises and more condition the dog to recognize our alpha position over him. What's more, last night he jumped on the couch after he had a bath and laid on there (full knowing that was bad) and I got on his case and disciplined him like I usually do. But this time....NO growing back or snapping his teeth! We didn't even train that part with him but he KNEW where his place was and he just sat there and listened. My wife and I couldn't believe it! Marc and his program has worked beyond our expectations and know he will be able to further train him in other areas using this system. And we know we can rely on Marc coming over to help us again if we ever need the help. Very much worth the money! Thank you again!!

Unfortunately, this is a perm. condition and not contagious per my vet. I late spoke to store mgr. when I was refused a second time grooming. store mgr. stated new policy although my dog was groomed there in Feb. and has been going there since 2018. My groomer recently left. On Wed. May 21,2025 I again attempted to use their walk in option for a nail trim for my dog. I arrived at 5pm and they have a walk in policy for a Yappy hour nail trim from 2-6pm there were 3 employees there and none were grooming a dog. I was told no one could help me.............What is this salon doing? There is NO service there........what a shame that it has become a no service salon. I would not ever recommend this place---they say they have new management??? well it's certainly needs a lesson in customer service.

This is found in the refrigerator section and for a two pound roll it costs $13.99. I go through a two pound roll every week or so. My dog is EXTREMELY picky and this is the ONLY food she will eat. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to find something healthy that she wouldn't turn her nose up at. PetSmart is the only store I've found to carry this brand. What I love about Vitals Beef and Bison is it's QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY. The ingredients are AMAZING. No filler, No!nitrates!!! They also have other recipes Pre cut or in a roll for dogs and cats. I would suggest downloading the PetSmart app. I use it to search locations and then to check the stores stock. You also earn points on every purchase that can be applied at checkout. I find the employees are always willing to answer questions and pleasant to deal with. This time was no exception.

She calls me this morning, and hardly gives me the opportunity to explain much of anything. she goes on rambling and making me out to be wrong about what is going on with my dog. My dog is an inside dog. I do not have her out unless we are going in the car somewhere. I work all day and have not taken her anywhere except to PETCO in Vero Beach, FL around July 26, 2026, to get just her nails trimmed. First time we took her only 1 person needed to trim her nails. this last time, they needed a second person to hold her. Well, my dog now has fleas. She did not have them prior or we would have noticed scratching and would have checked her to see if anything. This INGRID, is going to go on and on about it is way past the time for the fleas to show up. So not only is Ingrid rude and hung up the phone, but she apparently does not know her business. Fleas don't just hop on a dog and say HERE I AM, CATCH ME. They go into that fur, they lay eggs in the skin, and it takes time for all this to show up. So this INGRID, is going to keep rambling on not allowing me to get a word in, telling me there is no way my dog could catch fleas from their clean store, but yet that is exactly what happened. I tried saying, possible the person who held her for the trim this time, had a flea or two on their clothing, and we know fleas don't stay with us, they burrow in on the animals. But INGRID has to keep yapping away that I now have to raise my tone asking her to let me speak, and she hangs up. Well, I want corporate involved in this. INGRID needs to be retrained and taught how to speak and let a customer speak as well. All she did is talk and talk and blame me for what happened with my dog. Said she was in only 5 minutes. Never. It is a walk in and we always have to wait. So, I will stand by that it was PETCO that caused this with my dog. I should have known better. I have heard so many bad reviews on this PETCO. But figured, how bad could it be to just get a nail trim. Well, poor dog itching away, bathing her and now getting meds from her Vet to treat it, because of this claim from INGRID, THAT PETCO IS SO CLEAN. I will share my experience with everyone and anyone that ever brings this stores name up. Guaranteed

They gave us back the fee but their price is 50% higher than the place we use now. The place we use now is just as nice and they don't try to add on extra fees for extra services. After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.

His litter had been basically abandoned by the breeder for his first 7 months, missing the very important socialization time in a puppy's life. It left him terrified of the world, people, and especially garbage trucks. But he loves dogs and is the sweetest guy. In the two years since we adopted him we have met with dog behavioralists that told us it would be a challenge for him to ever be happy. But we have been patient and worked on trust over the couple years. But trying to train a scared dog and not obliterate trust was tough. Then we found Love Dog. They have been fantastic. We actually are getting somewhere now. They have trained him on an e-collar (just a vibration works on him). I initially didn't want to go that route, but it has been transformational. They seem to love him almost as much as we do and their patience has been obvious. This has helped him progress an amazing amount and we are very proud of him. THANK YOU LOVE DOG!
