However, today I went in to buy special juju treats that my pups love. I realized one flavor went up $2.00 plus. No matter, I spend a lot of money on good treats for my kids. Fortunately for me money isn't an issue. I was looking around the treat area and a woman (Liz) that works there asked me if I needed help. I replied no i know my way around and was thankful that they had this particular treat in stock as I'm running out. These treats go fast in the store. Liz the worker (I've never seen her before today) loomed around staring at me as if I was going to steal something or try something. I got the vibe and the look from this disrespectful person. I have never felt uncomfortable in this store until today. I am taken back how noticeable and rude she was being. I buy what I want when I want for my kids, only the best. The more I think about it the more pissed i get. There was no one else in the store except for the nice guy who I've dealt with many times. He seemed a little off put by that person Liz too. This chick gave off a vibe that was downright evil. I will call first before I go there with her in the store. She's NOT an asset to your company. I will seek out the stuff I usually buy and buy it from the manufacturer/ Amazon instead of bark avenue. What a shame, I liked that little store until I came in contact with Liz. If it wasn't for her I'd give a five star rating. What ever happened to your motto Bark Avenue....... My 6 year old is terrified of dogs and the owner had his dog loose in the store band my son was being difficult and wouldn't even get out of my car because there was a dog in the store. The owner was nice enough to put the dog up an come out to the parking lot to let my sob and I know that the dog was friendly but he had put him in the bathroom. Then after going in and looking around the owner asked what fish I have in my tank and based on what I already have recommended in a non pushy way what would do well. He let my kids feed a very large tang which they loved. Also I have a new Lionfish that I haven't been able to get to eat and he said possibly krill would work but said that another shop in the area might have ghost shimp. I ended up getting a dragon wrasse and some krill. The dragon wrasse is acclimating well and he was right, my Lionfish fed on the krill. I will be a repeat customer.

I took my very expensive and well bred dog for urgent help. So far I've been waiting over a month…read morefor care that if not administered right away, could kill my dog. I've called the office frantic multiple times, over very specific unique problems dealing with seizures and aggression. I warned the vet he was either overdosed on medication or had some bacterial or parasitic infection. I've gotten no results about either. Just the most basic blood work and fecal sample. Even though, I've been more than thorough in my explanations of symptoms, I got a superficial diagnosis and basic care. This is no Dr. House. My dogs life has been hanging in the balance and I haven't even been given Penicillin or Doxy to start him on in case it's something like Leptospirosis. This is standard practice when these infections are expected due to the need for quick treatment. This clinic has basic diagnostics and did not inform me they were basic until after I paid. I was referred to the University of Florida and their long wait list. Meanwhile, my entire household and business could be exposed to infections, bacteria, or parasites. I just don't think this is high caliber vet care in my experience. After rehabbing over 400 animals, I can say without question, I've never been this ignored by a vet. I wish I had the vet license to get the medications to treat my own dog, as I've made more progress alone in the cornfield so to speak. Update: My dog is dead. I went to the same vet one day before and they did pretty much nothing but tell me my guard dog doesn't want to be a guard dog anymore. All the while he lie dying in my garage. I explained I couldn't move him and the doctor couldn't even be bothered to call me back or check in in anyway. Absolutely awful experience and my dog didn't need to die. No one would listen.
