I have been purchasing yummies and food for my babies at Bark Avenue for over five years. I've been…read morevery happy with the staff and their recommendations. However, today I went in to buy special juju treats that my pups love. I realized one flavor went up $2.00 plus. No matter, I spend a lot of money on good treats for my kids. Fortunately for me money isn't an issue. I was looking around the treat area and a woman (Liz) that works there asked me if I needed help. I replied no i know my way around and was thankful that they had this particular treat in stock as I'm running out. These treats go fast in the store. Liz the worker (I've never seen her before today) loomed around staring at me as if I was going to steal something or try something. I got the vibe and the look from this disrespectful person. I have never felt uncomfortable in this store until today. I am taken back how noticeable and rude she was being. I buy what I want when I want for my kids, only the best. The more I think about it the more pissed i get. There was no one else in the store except for the nice guy who I've dealt with many times. He seemed a little off put by that person Liz too. This chick gave off a vibe that was downright evil. I will call first before I go there with her in the store. She's NOT an asset to your company. I will seek out the stuff I usually buy and buy it from the manufacturer/ Amazon instead of bark avenue. What a shame, I liked that little store until I came in contact with Liz. If it wasn't for her I'd give a five star rating. What ever happened to your motto Bark Avenue....... "I have always stressed to anyone that works at Bark Avenue, that I want you to treat their (the customers) dogs as if it was your own."

I was walking in...did she expect him to close it in my face? When we politely closed the door and asked she approached us and screamed the price and when we tried to make an appointment she was like "I'm leaving when I'm done so get a card." Listen Olga, all you had to say was what time was best for you. We left your card on your door. We won't be back and we will tell all of our pet parents to avoid you too. P.S. be kind it's free. You don't need to scream when you are already close to the customer. You only have 2 five star reviews from OVER TWO YEARS AGO. BE NICE. Enough said.

I like when you feel a Dr has taken the time to put their hands on your animals and looked at their heart, blood pressure, ears, lumps & bumps, teeth etc.. Unfortunately her business is ruined by the people she puts up front. The ladies are rude and act like they are being bothered if you need their help both in office and on phone. They are on their own schedule and God help you if you come in an emergency near closing or during their lunch time. To me that shows a lack of true caring for their patients when they don't have a rotation plan set up for animals in their care. I spent over $500 dollars on xrays and bloodwork and left there without explainations written down of either.
