We had to call the cops because she kept the dog we eventually paid her but wanted it noted that she did not have a refund policy and that she was not willing to resolve the issue. We are not here to damage anyone's business we came to her because we support small businesses but she should have some kind of refund policy publicly listed and it should have never gotten to this point. She also stated that if I made a formal complaint against her that she has my license number and would make a problem for us. That is a threat and should never have been said on her end as a business owner very unprofessional. I wish her the best of luck and will never return.
