She loves people but isn't pet friendly so of course their answer was nope we can't help you. I kind of think its strange since all we need to do is make a appointment have her brought in the back door. (Yes I work near you and watch you go in and out every day) they could trim her nails in 5 minutes and she is done. Instead it seems like to much trouble. I'll just say sometimes reviews are not always what they appear to be. Everyone says 5 stars I say 1 and that's only because they managed to call back. I run a pet photography business and I will not be recommending this place to any of my clients.

We are not here to damage anyone's business we came to her because we support small businesses but she should have some kind of refund policy publicly listed and it should have never gotten to this point. She also stated that if I made a formal complaint against her that she has my license number and would make a problem for us. That is a threat and should never have been said on her end as a business owner very unprofessional. I wish her the best of luck and will never return.

She is not only professional but also very sweet and loving to ensure you and your fur baby is as comfortable as can be...she also does an amazing job that is quick, thorough, and precisely what you expect. This is the shortest I've ever gone with her cut, but relocating to this area it's a must for her to be comfortable, cool, and not getting things stuff in her beautiful coat...I am more than pleased with her look!!! Upon picking up my babe, I found her being cuddled by one of the other groomers and was told she was wonderful and made friends with the other pups... My girl was excited to see me, but you could tell she had enjoyed spending time with Ashley and the staff! Thanks so much for listening to my needs and making sure my Rose had a great experience!!!

During this pandemic, my Belgian Malinois' accidentally mated (Despite my fiancé's best efforts to…read morepull them apart ‍) Due to my previous job, and traveling across the United States, my dogs primary vet was Banfield. ( whom I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy ) I received a ton of misinformation due to pregnancy in dogs and had no choice but to allow her to have what supposedly should've only been 4 puppies- Well, 4 turned out to be 7. And being 9 months pregnant MYSELF, keeping up with 7 Belgian Malinois puppies has been no easy feet!! Of course, MY pick of the litter started favoring his left hind leg, and it seemed to be progressively be getting worse. With him being only 4 weeks old, needless to say, I was concerned. So, I did what any dog mom would do- called all the vets I could think of, and wouldn't you know it, during the weekend- No one could see us until Monday. Except Guardian.. The receptionist had initially said the same thing, but upon further conversation, she showed such compassion for us, and was able to squeeze us in as a walk-in. They came out to my car, walked me through what was happening, and eventually took Blue inside with them. But despite their best efforts, he was in so much pain, they couldn't extend his leg to get a good x-ray. They sent us home with some pain reliever and anti-inflammatory & scheduled us another appt. for Monday. I must've called a billion times with questions and concerns, but they never seemed annoyed or impatient. Each and every member of the staff showed such empathy, and walked me through everything. I never once felt overbearing or like I was (or going to be) being nickeled and dimed. The pricing is VERY fair and I was never blindsided with any hidden fees. Do you know how RARE that is at a veterinarian office? It couldn't have gone ANY better. Guardian, you have a incredible office and an amazing, compassionate staff. I'm thoroughly impressed with the care Blue & I received and how professional, empathetic & accommodating everyone was. I'll be bringing all my fur babies there in the future, including this new litter. I know, without a doubt in my mind, that they will be receiving the BEST care. Thank you Guardian for all that you do.

Do not go here. On June 29, 2026, I took my dog, Tula, to…read moreGuardian Veterinary Medical Center as an urgent patient because she had developed a limp and what appeared to be a rash or bruise underneath her limb. Because we did not have an appointment, we were told that we would not be allowed in the examination room with her. We understood and accepted that. When the doctor came back out with Tula, we were told that she either had an infection or potentially mammary cancer. Despite the possibility of something as serious as cancer, Tula was only given an antibiotic injection and a spray. No bloodwork was performed, and we were not advised that she needed bloodwork or any additional testing at that time. I am only 15 years old, and I was there with my dad, who does not have much knowledge about dogs or veterinary care. As the professionals, we trusted the veterinarians to recognize when Tula needed further testing or evaluation. We followed their instructions and used the spray they gave us, but Tula continued to get worse. We had a follow-up appointment on July 10. By then, Tula was extremely lethargic, had very pale gums, and was barely eating. When we met with the doctor, she told us that she did not know what was wrong with Tula and even said that in her 50 years of working, she had never seen anything like this. Bloodwork was finally performed, and we were referred to a cancer center. Sadly, Tula passed away less than 24 hours after that appointment. When we received the bloodwork results, we learned that Tula had a rare form of cancer. I understand that cancer may not have been something that could have been cured, and I am not claiming that a different outcome was guaranteed. What hurts the most is that Tula did not deserve to spend her final days suffering. She could have potentially been made comfortable, and we could have had the opportunity to make decisions about her care sooner instead of watching her condition deteriorate. If we had known how serious her condition was, we could have at least considered letting her go peacefully rather than watching her suffer. Tula was only 7 years old. She was the most energetic, loving dog and was full of life. Watching her slowly lose her spark and eventually take her last breaths is something I will never forget. I trusted Guardian Veterinary Medical Center to take care of my dog, and they failed Tula. They are unprofessional and I HIGHLY recommend not to take ur pet here.

We have a cattle dog/GSD mix who has a strong prey drive and would lunge at about anything moving while on walks and freak out when people would come to the door or we would get a delivery at the house. We reached out to Ray and then got to work right away. The changes in Kai are so astonishing to see, he has become a different dog in the best ways possible. They set us up with all the tools and training we need to continue Kai's success and I am just so impressed. He is calm when we leash him up, he is in tune with us, he knows how to practice place while inside and calmly greet people, and while he still has work to do and try's to get away with things sometimes; things like bikes/golf carts on walks are no longer such a stressful situation and we can help guide him through his anxiety and continue on our way. They were also great in keeping us updated, sending videos and pictures which help put me at ease and it was fun to see his progress each week. The only thing I wish is that we did this sooner. We are excited to go more places with our dog & have the confidence and tools now to do so successfully. And it's great knowing we can call them anytime we need help going forward! So much thanks to Ray and Edgar!

With Florida's rainy season upon us, it brings nasty. dreaded Bufo frog season! Yesterday evening…read moreat dusk, our 24-month-old puppy, Gracie, decided a Bufo frog was a good playmate! She came in the house frantically shaking her head as if her muzzle had been stung by bees. Mouth foaming was next followed by vomiting up her dinner and staggering. As the Emergency Vet put it, "She acted like she was drunk". IMMEDIATE ACTION is necessary to save your pet!! Internet advice claims attention must be done within 15 minutes!! Use a wet washcloth to carefully wash out your pets mouth and gums-rise the washcloth thoroughly between washings -we used 3 washcloths to be sure they were clean of Bufo toxins. Do NOT use a hose to wash out their mouths or allow them to drink water as this could force the toxins into their lungs and cause mortal aspiration! Then rush them to your closest Vet ER!! We bat outta hell'ed it to The VETERINARY MEDICAL CENTER OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY on US1 south of Prima Vista! Open 24 hours a day!! I cannot celebrate enough the fast actions and important care they took with our Gracie! Her vitals looked good (quick actions are imperative!!) but they had us stay for an additional 30 minutes to be certain she didn't have a delayed seizure, which, incidentally, they could have treated with medication. The Vet Med Center sent us home- then amazingly refused to charge anything for their remarkable care as the Vet herself didn't need to address our dog's problem. Huge shout out to the Veterinarian Medical Center of St. Lucie County! While I'm at it- Be sure and protect your pets from Leptospirosis! The inoculations are NOT 100% so it's important to be sure your pets are not eating or drinking anything an infected rodent might have helped themselves to, as in puddles or standing water. It's not a bad idea to keep them indoors at night (Although, as we found out, dusk can be dangerous, too!)! Keep your pets safe! After all, they're cherished family members! The Vet Medical Center is open 24/7. Their number is: (772) 919-8049. Web site: https://www.vetmedcenterslc.com
