The charge was not high, but the quality of work was very poor. My wife gave specific instructions on exactly what she wanted for each dog. This included showing a picture of one of the dogs fully groomed so that they would have an idea of what he needed to look like when finished. When she went to pick them up she found that both dogs were not done the way she had given instructions they needed to be done. One of our dogs had his back end shaved to where he look more like a baboon than a dog. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you have a big dog I would not recommend at all. The lady here told me she would be able to take…read moremy dog, I made sure and called before I went to her, she told me that I would might need to help her. ( mind you, before the appointment I asked for a grooming trim and shedding. And told her that my dog is only 9 months old and has been to a groomer before so he knows his way around the ropes) The whole time I was there the lady was complaining the whole time that he's too big and saying he was being a hassle, which I saw the whole thing and he wasn't even doing that bad, he was literally just being a dog in a bathtub. This was in the morning and she seemed very worn out just by giving my dog a bath. After that she dryed him off and brushed him and and she still made it seem like it was a hassle to deal with him. I started to get irritated at this point so I just start holding him and making it hopefully be for her. And I guess she just wanted to be done even though his paws, his tale and private parts weren't even trimmed and she just thought of this being a "bath appointment" which I never heard of. She did start trimming his feet and peepee area, after I asked. it's very blotchy and she was complaining the whole time while doing it. It's just if you can't do big dogs let people know instead of taking there money!!!
