Even though this was an inconvenience, it was worth it because this service was excellent and the staff was very professional and ethical. Well I got into a pinch and I decided to give BFF another chance. Well I tried calling this morning and the phone went to voicemail with a promise of a return call. Well, that call never came after 6 hours. I called again at that time and again the voicemail. I never received a return call. The charge was not high, but the quality of work was very poor. My wife gave specific instructions on exactly what she wanted for each dog. This included showing a picture of one of the dogs fully groomed so that they would have an idea of what he needed to look like when finished. When she went to pick them up she found that both dogs were not done the way she had given instructions they needed to be done. One of our dogs had his back end shaved to where he look more like a baboon than a dog. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
