The guys that work there have been a breeze to deal with, friendly and my dog loves them he's actually sad to leave. I suppose to me that's a good sign!

Dr John the vet on site is an absolute gem, good with animals and he seems to answer all your…read morequeries and concerns. I brought Chester here for his annual vaccination ( proudly adopted him from the RSPCA) and John immediately took over Chester, talking to him calmly ( too cute!) and did the basic steps of taking his weight, checking his eyes, body and so forth. Booster shots given and with a clean bill of health, we finalised the necessary payment and commended Dr. John for a great consultation. The reception is usually manned by one staff who is well trained and I was extremely happy when she displayed knowledge on booster shots for adult cats. Clean and spotless premises with a great doctor and friendly staff on board.

They didn't have heaps of little/young puppies and these were the only 2 we really liked. So a lady that worked there opened the cage and let us go in with them. She came up to us stright away and was so inquisitive. So we decided to get her. Well apparently since we had a dog already we were required to go home and get our existing dog and bring it up to the RSPCA to be put inside a larger enclosure with us AND the new puppy we wanted. If all was ok THEN we could buy the dog. Well all went well and we walked out with a new puppy :-) Considering you get a desexed and vaccinated animal, and in fact mine was even microchipped (which also saves money on dog registration each year with my council) it is really cheap as there is a set price for a dog, cat and rabbit. So it doesn't matter which one you choose or what breed it is, which is great. They have an excellent website where you can view pets they have available at the shelter. They also have boarding kennels and a cattery if you have to go away. I even noticed a horse in one of the area's this time I went.

Terrible my poor dogs were soaking wet and smelt like dirty…read moretowel and vomit when we picked the up on a very cold morning, my poor boy was so badly matted the groomer had not choice but to shave him which for a Samoyed is not recommended, the dogs also contracted kennel cough and diarrhoea so we had to keep them from other animals and inside, and have cleaners to try and get rid of the smell, carpet rugs were taken away to be washed and sterilised I will never take my dogs or any other pets to this horrible place again, the owner was contacted and extremely rude! ending the conversation when the owner hung up, the list goes on
