Sept. 22, 2018 Unfortunately I disagree with the previous…read morereviews. I had a terrible experience. I have 2 Schnauzers and I trusted Del Valle for their grooming. On my texts before the grooming day he said that there will me a "de-matting fee". Schnauzers cuts are shaved 3/4 tops of their body and left the bottom part and their legs hairy... That is not what I found when I get back home. I brushed my dogs the night before to make it easier. There was some matting but nothing a scissor and brush could fix. I have had Lhasa Apsos for 20 years and if someone really know hows about de-matting a dog is me. I'm just crazy busy. (Wo aren't) Del Valle, rather to spent a one hour or two (and charge me) with a scissor and a brush de-mattig the bottom part of my dogs (which wasn't that bad), without consent just shaved them all the way to their skin and gave me back two rat-looking dogs. I came home and was horrified with it. And charged me $150 Unfortunately, I will not use him again and will not recommend him. Totally unprofessional. As a groomer is easy to say "you should groom your dogs every 6 weeks". But when the time comes to REALLY show your skills and give back a beautiful dog and show that you can go the EXTRA MILE to please a client, you failed miserably! I don't feel good doing this review but no dog owner should NEVER have to go thru this disappointment. The only thing differently that he did that my cleaning lady couldn't do was to cut their nails.

The plan included over 10 pills/day combining day and night and she also recommended a video call with their technician. That's went I lost faith in the treatment. The $185 video call lasted just about 60 mins and brought absolutely nothing new to the table. Sherry, the technician, went over the same exactly information that had been sent to us in one of the handouts after the first consultation. My overall opinion is that the treatment (medication given and pointless video call) was ineffective in this particular case and I cannot recommend this clinic for dog suffering from high levels of anxiety and trauma.

I recently left him there over Christmas and I know it can be busy, but I would text them to see how my cat was and I never got a response. I never got any pictures of him ether. They also gave him an injection. He did not need and they never asked me for my permission. I even gave them the paperwork proving he already had the injection when I dropped him off. They said they never got it. I told them multiple times over the phone telling them he didn't need it. But they still gave it to him anyway. I asked for a refund because I was not happy with their care and they would not email me back or give me a refund. I would not recommend you leave your animal here.

They offered a $20 credit, but during the next booking, misquoted the price repeatedly--charging $300 instead of the quoted $185. They confused which dog the appointment was for, despite clear records. Additionally, the payment system is poorly designed, causing my husband to accidentally leave a $50 tip. For a 20-minute cleaning, I feel the pricing and experience were disappointing, bordering on misleading.
