But because of their lack of customer service I got stung. So much for free shipping. I was very excited to bring our dogs here on our cross country move & with this being our 3rd…read moreboarding stop, I assumed it would be the same outcome. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. Upon picking up our 2 dogs (who have been kenneled many times before without incident), we noticed that the smaller dog's head was very wet & the person who gave her to us simply said "That must have just happened." It wasn't until we got her outside that we could see her head was ripped open. We took her back inside & they simply said "I guess she got a scratch." We then took her to a local vet to have her checked out & had to spend $160 to have staples put in her wound. (see photos) I am very disappointed in their apathy for our dog & her injuries incurred while we entrusted them with the care of our dogs. We will make sure that we don't let any friends & family in the area risk their pets at this business. Update: received a call from owner expressing apology & a suggestion to kennel my dogs separately. Thanks....
