The carton was then forwarded to where we are staying and ended up costing us an extra $30 in Shipping Fees. Very unhappy with their autoship practice. Had they sent an email to give me a heads up (like all other companies, where we have autoship, do) that this was going to be sent out, I would have adjust the order and changed the delivery address. But because of their lack of customer service I got stung. So much for free shipping. This won't happen again as I will no longer do business with PetSmart, who utilizes deceptive business practices.
