Resting Pawz was incredible in helping me through one of the hardest weekends of my life, when I had to say goodbye to my beloved Brody after 12.5 years. Chandra and David arrived with the utmost respect and compassion and treated Brody with love as if he were their own. They were familiar with my vet, and together the group who assisted Brody in crossing the bridge surrounded him with kindness and care. Brody especially took a shine to them, and I truly believe he felt comfortable beginning his journey. They gave me as much time as I needed, and the care they showed in handling Brody was beyond words. When it was time, they had their car lovingly prepared with a super fluffy bed and a rainbow bone blanket, a thoughtful touch of dignity and comfort. I chose to carry Brody one last time, which meant a lot to me, but I knew they would have handled him just as gently if I hadn't. What touched me even more was that their compassion did not end in that moment. They made it clear they were there for me afterward as well, and that support helped lift me through my grief during a devastating time. Even the smallest details, combined with their patience and understanding, will stay with me forever. Resting Pawz truly went above and beyond. Their personal, heartfelt compassion made all the difference, and I will always be grateful. If you are faced with this difficult decision, know that your pet and your heart will be in the best of hands with Resting Pawz. read more

I am currently traveling across country to get to my next duty station. My dog and I were going to do an awesome 9 day road trip when she became sick on day 3. After taking her to a vet, they said she was in end stage renal failure and they couldn't do anything for her. It took me 30 minutes to decide euthanizing would be the best thing for her. She was getting visibly more tired and uncomfortable and I didn't want her to suffer on the rest of the trip. She was vomiting every day and losing weight very quickly. I called a couple of places and Resting Pawz were the quickest to respond. They were able to get me in that evening. They were very patient and gentle around my dog. I was a sobbing mess and they made sure my dog and I were taken care of. I paid extra f expedite her cremation since I was leaving the next day. They were kind enough to drop her ashes off at my motel room. They even included some extra things I wasn't expecting such as a bag of her fur, a paw imprint, a paw and nose print, and a few other nice things. I was such a mess I didn't think to do that stuff so I'm glad they did that for me or else I would have regretted not doing that. I always smile when I see my dog's cute nose print. It was very difficult putting Mabel down so thank you for easing the process. read more

We had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Dozer on June 22, 2026. I called Dave and explained we would like to do this at home. He went out of his way to find an available vet and set it up for us. Both Dave and Chandra were so kind and compassionate through it all. When they arrived at our house we were able to pick out an urn and let them know what we wanted in terms of cremation. They handled our sweet boy with such care as they took him from our home. As heartbreaking as this all was I felt he was in kind and caring hands. When we picked up his ashes a few days later I was so pleased with the care and extra little things like a little bit of his fur, a lovely card and more. I highly recommend Resting Pawz in your time of need. And a huge thank you to Dr. Burke and Zach for the kind and professional way they treated us and our beloved Dozer as we said goodbye for now. read more

We had to say goodbye to our family cat, Tink, and were completely heartbroken. Resting Pawz made this incredibly difficult process as gentle as possible. David and Chandra were compassionate, patient, and never made us feel rushed. They explained all our options clearly and respected our wishes. When we picked up Tink's ashes, they were beautifully packaged in a locally made wooden urn with a paw and nose print and fur clipping keepsakes. Certificate of cremation, card, and lovely verse were also included. The quality and care were evident in every detail. We felt like they truly understood how much Tink meant to our family. If you're facing this painful decision, I can't recommend them enough. They turned an unbearable situation into one filled with dignity and kindness. read more

We first learned about Resting Pawz Pet Cremation through a friend, and when the sad time came to say goodbye to our 15-year-old pup, Tikka, they were our first call. From that very first moment, their team treated us with extraordinary kindness and empathy. Making logistics calls while grieving was simply impossible for me, so having them take charge of contacting vets was an absolute lifeline. It allowed us to spend precious, uninterrupted time comforting our family member. Even though an at-home vet wasn't available, they quickly provided a compassionate alternative so Tikka could pass peacefully at a nearby clinic. They were so gentle with her after she passed, giving us comfort when we needed it most. We cannot thank them enough for their care. read more

David and Chandra at Resting Pawz were a godsend. My dog Wicket finally let me know that it was time. They helped me arrange for an in-home procedure, including the veterinarian. Dave brought beef sticks which Wicket thoroughly enjoyed. Both David and Dr. Paul were gentle and caring. Wicket passed on a Monday and was home by Wednesday. When we got to the facility, both Chandra and Dave were there to return Wicket's remains. We had a good talk about memories. Thank you so much. If you are ever in need of pet cremation services, please think of contacting Resting Pawz. I hope I don't need to use them again too soon, but when I do, I will definitely call them. read more
