Just picked up my yorkie from his first haircut here and he looks fantastic! Really impressed with how nice the haircut is. The man who cut his hair was very kind with my 9 year old little guy who's a bit grumpy and needs time to warm up to new people. He really took his time to make my Hunter feel comfortable before starting the cut. Cut, gland expression, nail trim, the works for a really great price. My dog will definitely be a regular here! read more

Doggy Style - Pet Groomers Near Me - Bremerton, Washington

I walked in with my 1 year old pittie. Asked for nail trim. Was surprised he dropped down and clipped right there in front of me. Fast service. Other dogs were walking in the door as we are getting the dogs nails clipped. My dog was being very chill but one nail was left cut on the quick. The groomer tried to say my dog was on her period? People are ridiculous! No dude I just watched you clip her nail and she cried: conclusion Will not be going back. Price was $15 so in my eyes you get what you pay for! read more

I have taken my dogs to this establishment since it opened. They are the best. I have been a caregiver and work 24 to 48 hr shifts. When I first started working these long hours I was in a panic. Most companies would just crate my beloved dog and I knew this was not something I wanted for my more than spoiled dachshund. I found out that the owner Billie not only would take my pup home with him but would treat her as part of his family. I was in heaven and so was my fur baby Elle. He took care of her and loved her and shed tears for her on the day she died. Now I have another dachshund that my beloved Elle was like a mean step mother to (Elle was just that spoiled) but every time my Lulu goes to Doggy Style, she is beyond excited. Jumps out of my arms and climbs Billie's head like he is the Matterhorn. I have never seen someone that loves animals as much as Billie does. Also his partner/co worker Nick is great too. Only one complain. Do not take you animal to Doggy Style if you're the jealous type. My dogs loved and still love him more than they do me. Which I totally understand. Absolutely the best place!! read more

Great place for pet grooming. Buddy doesn't like being groomed and we have tried many other places. Doggie Style has been the only place that he has managed to stay for the last three years. The groomers do a fantastic job, I have never had a complaint. Highly recommended. read more

They do an ok job grooming, they didn't get every nail when they cut my dogs nails. The one star is mainly because when I called they asked me to describe my dog, when I described her the man on the phone laughed hard at me and said that that could be the description of any dog and was useless. He was speaking loud and fast and clearly agitated already when he picked up the phone. I was silent for a moment trying to figure out what in the world to say. In that moment of silence he HUNG UP on me. I called back and he claimed the line had gone dead. I explained that I was just trying to think of a way to respond and can I just make a basic grooming appt please. He was gruff and obstinate the whole way through. When I got my dog back only one ear had been cleaned. They are the cheapest in town. I pay extra and go to Blue Collar Pet Salon. They have never been rude, they've never missed a nail or an ear, my dog always comes back actually smelling clean. read more

This was my mistake. I like to shop locally and the place is down the street. Unfortunately, they can't follow direction there. I just wanted a wash dry and nails cut. I gave specific instructions not to cut the dogs hair. My dog can out with a "sanitary" cut. I specifically asked that that not be done. Her license was not on her Collier when I picked her up. I was greatly disappointed in the way my instructions were ignored and the lack interest or remorse when I informed them that they did not follow my wishes. Will not back. read more

Confused by this place. I called for an appointment for my Shih Tzu. I was told they don't want my business. I was very polite. I was actually so shocked, I didn't say much. They only want established customers that are able to make regular appointments. I am a former customer, but they didn't ask my name. I won't bother calling again. I guess they have so much business, they don't need anymore. read more

Doggy Style rocks, they are always really good with my five-year-old pit-lab...who absolutely HATES bath time (not to mention nails/glands/etc.). It's not always easy to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait (especially over places like PetSmart--which they exaggerate pickup time to be ready by hours and called my mom's obviously female dog a "he"?; and PetCo, where they tacked on an unspoken $10 fee for "difficulty" and didn't even make sure he was dry). I appreciate that they do what they say they'll do, on time, for a reasonable price, and still manage to treat me like a normal person even though I sometimes get into psychotic-protective-pet-parent-phase and blather on and on about Linc's sensitive skin and need for hypo-allergenic supplies. You guys are the guys, Guys! read more

I just took my Collie here and we were very pleased with the results. The price seemed decent and even so he said that if I became a regular there'd be a discount too. My dog and I were greeted in a very friendly manner and they seem to thoroughly enjoy the dogs they work with. I was given an accurate quote and time frame when I made the appointment, they asked me what I wanted and said what they planned to do and made sure I was happy with it before doing it. She was in good spirits when I picked her up and they told me how she did behaviorally while she was there, which was pretty good. She went in dingy, stinky and slightly matted, definitely in need of a good brushing out. She came out smelling and looking clean, fluffy, and free of loose/scraggly hair and had a nice little trim to select areas. Definitely a good place to get your dog groomed. read more

Doggy Style - Before and after of our rough collie - Pet Groomers Near Me - Bremerton, Washington

See all

This was the first time I have been here, after driving by for years, I thought I would give them a call to see if they could squeeze my pup Roxy in that day. I spoke with Billy, who was super nice, and asked what time would work for me since I had another appointment that day. I was able to drop her off, and leave her, and when he called to say she was done and I couldn't come get her right away they let her hangout and run around. They did an amazing job and great customer service. I'll be going here from now on. read more

They did a fantastic job grooming my dog... he's never looked so well-groomed! Also friendly, flexible, and reasonably priced.

I've been using this grooming business for several years. Billy and his assistant are very professional and do a wonderful job with the wash, coat-cut, and nail trim. When my Terrier/Poodle jumps out of the pickup, she can't wait to see her friends. She knows best how these groomers care for her and it shows. I highly recommend this business. read more

Doggy Style - Scooter D. Booter. He's my best friend! Only Doggy Style for him! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Bremerton, Washington

I rarely feel the need to write reviews, but lets just say the people of Doggy Style did me wrong. I called to see if I could have my Maltese groomed on very short notice, due to the fact that I rarely have a day off and my furbaby needed grooming. I could've easily booked out a few weeks if necessary, but I so rarely have a day off that I wanted to see if I could squeeze her in sooner rather than later. Whomever I spoke with immediately copped an attitude with me. I was nothing but polite, and instead of stating "no, we're booked tomorrow, but I have openings in x amount of days. Would you like to make an appointment for then?" (which I would've HAPPILY made time in my busy schedule to do in a week or two due to your rave reviews), I was told you were booked solid for a while and HUNG UP ON! I wasn't asked (nor allowed time to ask myself) if I wanted a future appointment. I'm aware my request was on very short notice, but regardless, that is absolutely no way to treat a potential customer. I am quite livid due to your complete and utter lack of customer service skills over the phone. I will never set foot (or paw for that matter) into your establishment. read more

Very sensible grooming, they did a nice job and are reasonable. Stay local and support them!

They always do a great job on my dog grooming needs. Reasonably priced for what is done and the owner always trys to fit my dog in even when we call in last minute for an appointment. read more

Doggy Style is amazing! My dog caught fleas and they squeezed him right in for a flea bath and a groom, same day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and so gentle with the pets. Highly recommend! read more

I brought my tiny 4lb. monster of a Chihuahua there to have her nails trimmed. She used to let me do it, but as she's getting older she fights me every time and I'm afraid of hurting her. The last time I took her to the vet they actually had to put a muzzle on her to get it done and they charged me $18! I saw good reviews here on Yelp and when I called they said I could bring her right in after I got off work. They made it look pretty easy, it did take both guys working there but she did OK (no muzzle required); they even filed down her nails so there weren't sharp edges. I am very pleased with my experience with this groomer, I highly recommend them! Oh and the prices are very reasonable! read more

I called and made an appointment with a bit of trepidation for Harley, my Chiweenie. I dropped him off and when I went to get him, I was so happy! He was clean and his nails were clipped and filed, and he had a cute bandana around his neck. The staff are very personable and obviously love animals. I just called to find out the price for clipping his nails and they quoted me 5.00 for just the clipping, which they will do at the counter with me holding him! Great prices, great customer service, and they love animals...WINNER! read more

It has been about a year now that little Teddy had to be put down due the horrible manipulation he received under Billy's care. He was a 7 year old Pom....no issues whatsoever when he was brought in....he cried all the way home. Billy was made fully aware the pain this little guy was going through....his response......"I won't work on him any longer, he's too fragile." Never did get a phone call to see how he was doing....no follow-up in any way, shape or form. Billy had been doing Teddy since a pup......angry....darn straight! Teddy was too miserable to keep this precious guy going....out of pure love he was put down. There were a lot of medical bills accrued as well...not one word from Billy. You make your own judgement , I'm just giving you the facts. And a big shame on you Billy! read more

The guys at Doggy Style are terrific! So easy going and really care about the dogs! They really do a great job grooming, they take their time and are compassionate. read more

Walk-in nail clippings for super, super, cheap!! Friendly, cool staff. Neat little "library" section in lobby where you can take a book, give a book etc. And the icing on the cake was the butt glands expressed for only a few bucks as well. Saves me a fortune from having the vet do it! And it always feels good to support small, local, business. Thanks guys! read more

My mom had guests coming to her house for a week so I thought I'd do something nice and get her two old & stinky dogs groomed and bathed at this little shop, (hilariously titled) "Doggy Style". My mom giggled when she heard the name of it. :) I have to say that I've taken the dogs to Petsmart and other groomers and the dogs always seem to come back stressed and scared. But when I picked them up from Doggy Style, they just seemed happy to see us! Which is quite a difference from the other places. I really think that the people at Doggy Style actually interact with the dogs and give them snacks rather than just stick them in the kennels all day. My parents live in Poulsbo, but they were so happy with the results that they will only go to Doggy Style, not only because they actually WASH the dogs, but they treat them well too. Big thumbs up from me. read more

They were super friendly! My dog looks and smells so much better! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them, especially over Petsmart or Petco! My phone quote was accurate and my dog was ready when they said he'd be (as opposed to the chain stores who always make you wait an extra hour or two). My dog was happy when I got there and you could tell that he had been treated well while I was gone. I will definitely be bringing him back! read more
