Germán Shepherd mix in grooming tub getting sprayed with soapy water

One thing you need to know: hold your credit card in front of the tap thing for 6 seconds! I went to 2 different ones and the help desk people help me figure that out. Ok now for the review: My GSD mix is terrified of going inside of unfamiliar buildings, so I was searching for an outdoor self wash. The Doggos in Morena, near Fiesta Island, and the one in North Park are both outdoor. both have a parking lot. it's $16 for a 15 minute wash/rinse/flea treatment/rinse/conditioner/ rinse/blow dry cycle. I skipped flea treatment and it was plenty of time. I forgot to bring a towel, and my dog has a super thick coat, so she was still damp but that was OK with me. we were about done when the dryer went off. Her coat feels and smells clean and I'm super happy with the results. something else to not: when you go through the wash cycles, you need to actually press the number, not the word. It took me a minute to figure that out This is now my preferred bathing facility for Bella and I highly recommend it, especially if you have a dog with different needs, like mine. Cheers, Doggo!

Fabulous self- dog grooming business. Dog friendly, easy to Operate. Excellent water temperature, water pressure and water/shampoo ratio.

Easy to use and enough time to wash, condition and dry. Highly recommend for those who don't have space indoors to wash their pups :)

Cool business model. Fully self service, all outside. Looks like it's open 24/7? 11 mins for 14 dollars. Can add 3 mins for $3. Use all your time. At end they give you a free disinfect time.

Ok totally safe, quick and effective. I had a bad scare at the OB Dog Wash because of their unsafe harnesses. Not here. This is the future and dogs' lives will be saved because it places/apps like this.

I brought in my little pug, who has some special health concernd, past ear infections and dry eyes, so I'm always cautious about grooming. The staff took the time to listen and made sure detailed notes were passed along to the groomer, which immediately put me at ease. Maritza did a stellar job. My pug came back clean, smelling great, and his nails were trimmed perfectly. Most importantly, he was calm and well cared for, which tells me everything I need to know. You can tell this place values a personal touch and pays attention to the details that matter. Thank you to the entire City Dog team--we'll definitely be back.

Allyson (@callingallpawss) is detail-oriented, highly experienced, and just fantastic overall! She always has a smile on her face! She's been consistent with her grooming and my dog loves her. The store itself is also pretty cool. They have a self dog wash (by appt only), plenty of dog food and treat varieties, toys, dog and cat clothing, harnesses, pet bling for harnesses and more. They have everything really. I live in the north county SD so I drive about 25-30 minutes to come here and don't mind making the drive since they're amazing. There is a loading zone around the corner usually park at for 5 minutes for when I drop-off/pick-up. Payment is card/applepay etc. Unsure if they accept cash but I'm hoping they do! Thanks for the great customer service team!

POMERANIAN GROOMING (5 stars)…read more Spa Day for my Gigi! A new young Pomeranian has entered my life and I wanted to be on the right track either way the right go-to people. After seeing on social media advertising of this groomer, I felt the urge to secure an appointment instead of going to my previous Pom's groomer. And I am very very very happy with the end results! Location is downtown, there is a small parking lot but usually full - has with narrow spots and hard to get into since surround streets are one-way busy streets. I recommend circling and parking on 10th Ave for less of hassle. Fabiola is fabulous! She was so sweet, caring, attentive, and does an amazing job cutting fur. She doesn't rush each grooming and takes her time for a very quality cut. She also has a Pomeranian which made my experience feeling better because she knew exactly how to cut their fur. We even had conversations about Pomeranians and everything about our dog care life. My Pomeranian looks so beautiful and smelt wonderful when I picked her up. I asked for a trim, clean up the buttox area, and do cut the paws (like cat paws). She also knows how Pom fur is suppose to look like and she rounded out all the areas needed AND brought in the fur around the waist to give my Pomeranian a cinched look. For a bath, some treats, nails trim, and fur.cut for $115 - please tip on top, she does a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've taken him to other shops, and something always goes wrong! I found Fabiulous Grooming on instagram and decided to give it a try over the weekend. I got a quick response, asked a lot of important questions, and pricing was clear from the beginning. Once I showed up to my appointment on Saturday, I got offered a couple of different options. I was mainly interested in a wash, and regular grooming, but after the conversation, I agreed to face framing and a mild haircut, and I'm so glad I did! I am looking forward to having a go-to groomer that understands my dog's needs, and is so talented. A plus, the groomer is bilingual. Ask about different pricing options.

She was thoughtful in this respect, & was attentive to our dog. Kristan was very kind to our lovely pet, was personable & attentive when we spoke on the phone, & was very accommodating with our baby as to having him at their dog day care center. On one night, our dog looked that he was not feeling well, & Kristan made a wise decision to have her staff member get our pet to a nearby pet hospital to get seen, after a few hours, baby was okay, & same staff member returned our sweet one to the dog club. Our sweet baby had trouble walking & was slipping on their smooth floor, & Kristan made sure to get some dog booties to fit his four legs to help to make him comfortable & to make him feel at ease with his walking, & this made a big difference on him. Several people took part in taking care of AmyJames, & I did not get their names. Thank you all at Doozydog!Club.

It was also great to get additional information and speak with the manager. I could really tell she cares about the dogs that come here and she made us feel at home. Passing by I had always seen the two play areas facing the sidewalk but had no idea they had a few more in the back. I like how the dogs can be in the front and people watch out the large windows but also decompress in the back. The kennel area for overnights was also well-kept and organized. Also pleasantly surprised at each dog's locker and the staff's thorough physical checks of each dog and logging of their daily activities. I would say the only thing I had an issue with was logging into the webcam on my phone but seems to work on a computer. Also you can tell they use bleach from the smell but that is a good sign that they keep things sanitary. Other than that my dog seemed to enjoy his time there and we bought one of the packages so we will be back.

From the moment we spoke, she was kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. When I arrived, she examined the dog's coat and clearly explained the process and services included. The prices were great--especially considering all the services included with the full grooming (bath, haircut, nail trimming, and more). I was honestly surprised at how reasonable the price was. On top of that, due to the circumstances, they even gave me a discount to help my elderly neighbor. That truly says a lot about their character and their business. We look forward to the multiple texts each day with photo updates when Finn is boarding at Pupper Club. The frequent communication gives us peace of mind and helps alleviate any guilt about leaving him, when we see photos of all the fun he is having playing with the other pups! The staff has all been very kind and everyone who works there seems to genuinely love dogs. During a one stay, Finn was a little under the weather and the owner, Eileen, reached out directly to communicate with us about it and followed up repeatedly after Finn was home to make sure he was feeling better. It turned out to be a very minor issue, but I was impressed by the way Eileen & her team handled it. From quickly identifying that Finn was a little off, to promptly informing me about the concern- the experience gave me even more confidence in the level of care & professionalism provided by Pupper Club. But, the best testimonial comes from Finn himself. He was a little nervous & hesitant the first time we went to Pupper Club. I was pretty disappointed to see many of the same pup toys and supplies that you can find anywhere else, but for a higher price. The outfits they had were cute, but I couldn't justify paying $50 for a shirt (and yes, that's more than I would pay for myself). The woman that was working wasn't very friendly and looked like she would rather jump off a cliff than be there. Not encouraging, but I still decided to buy my pup a cookie. I didn't realize until he couldn't eat it that it was actually rock hard. He tried licking the frosting off, but I don't think he liked it because he barely had any. I was extremely disappointed. You wouldn't serve old/stale food to humans, so why would you do that for pups? Should've gone with my gut and not bought anything from here.

We were walking back to our car after a delicious breakfast at The Waterfront Bar and Grill when we happened by Doggie Style so we popped in. We're suckers when it comes to our two dogs Ozzy and T.J. They are two very spoiled girls! A few steps into the store was a big display of homemade (organic, I think) dog cookies. They were made with all natural ingredients such as sweet potato. We picked up two each for the doggos. Two Halloween themed and two ice cream themed, a cone and a bar. When we arrived home the dogs sniffed out the treats right away. Ozzy is a smaller dog with small teeth so we like to break her treats into smaller pieces. Holy crap! The Haloween dog bone cookies were hard as rocks! I had to chop them with a knife and it took some effort! T.J. is a big dog so she had no problem devouring hers. I can't speak to the grooming, but the variety of treats, toys and accessories for pets was impressive. A little on the pricey side, but that is to be expected in this type of bougie pet stor.
