I dealt with Dr. Bialon and Dr. Walker. I forget the vet assistant who took us in, but she was so professional and understanding in my brief moment of a breakdown. Hey...Im not perfect! They kept me informed with several calls and texts during my puppy's stay. They even washed her dirty bed she had thrown up in. The facility is immaculate. Located right in the Heights. They offer several high end foods like Science Diet and Royal Canaan. As well as having a pharmacy. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital. Theres a myriad of veterinarians available and at least one 24/7.

After they took him back the first person to speak to us brought up price quotes and not how our dog was doing. After 20-30 minutes of being there they then decided to ask if we wanted anti venom for him (and it would take 20 more minutes to thaw). We thought that he should have already been given the anti venom because we called to tell them we were on our way when he got bit. We wouldn't take a pet here again in an emergency situation unless it was our only option.

I was very happy with my pet's experience which involved both a minor eye surgery and teeth…read moreextraction and cleaning which involved being "knocked" out and procedure was not inexpensive. My concern: I didn't see the doctor of the day of the surgery but was reassured that I would visit with her on the followup appointment. That followup was a hectic day for the clinic and I was unable to visit with her so I rescheduled. Alas, today no excuses at this second followup but the nurse was there to address my concerns which she did do a good job. It is frustrating to not directly visit with the doctor which I again requested should have happened on my pet's followup to the followup! So the rating is 5 stars for the surgery, 3 stars for followup!

I'm considering switching to this vet now that I know how they treat their customers. I recommend!

Definitely recommend this veterinarian hospital. The staff…read moreis very professional and friendly. My dog Bailey was of course skittish about going inside. She was treated warmly and felt comfortable right away. The facility is beautiful, new and modern. Didn't smell like a veterinarian hospital so she didn't put her brakes on when she started walking through the front door. Below her eye she had gotten a bump and her eye was swelling. Thinking maybe a yellow jacket or bug bit her. They gave me antibiotics for it. Cleared up in less than a week. They did a thorough check of her and found she did have a broken toe nail, so she got a nail trim also. I did notice they have a sign that if you get 4 nail trimmings, the 5th is free. Unfortunately we are moving next month. I'm disappointed since I just found this Awesome place for Bailey's care. Thank you Billings Animal Family Hopsotal

The property is beautiful, lots of room for the dogs to run around and play safely. The facilities are what I'm used to seeing for hunting dogs so just be mentally prepared that it's more aligned with cabins at sleepaway summer camp that you went to as a kid rather than The Four Seasons hotel. The floors are heated and they provide blankets/towels so it keeps everyone comfortable. I agree with another reviewer who said that the bougie kennels are more for the pet owners comfort than anyone else, all the pups (including mine) seem perfectly happy and well taken care of. Word to the wise: they will be playing outside a bunch so you'll want to plan on a bath when they get home! What really clued me in that this was the right place for us was our skittish dog letting Leonard pet her during our first visit. He definitely has a natural ability to communicate with the pups and I guess she knew it because she was an abuse case rescue and almost never approaches anyone for affection! We will definitely be bringing our dogs back to "camp" whenever we need to leave town, they had a blast :)

I asked Leonard to use a closed fist motion to help signal him to sit so he'd be on the same page with my other dog and when I got him back after the three weeks it worked like a charm. Aside from his work, I would give Leonard himself a 5 star review. He's polite, very understanding of needs/wants, and overall was just a great guy to work with. Would be willing to board my dogs with him again if I ever need to!
