This place is such a great place for any of your doggy needs. It's also a great spot to stop in and use their DIY Dog Wash stations. These stations have literally everything you could need to get your pup all fresh and clean. We add Dee-O-Gee to our road trip itinerary just for the bath. It's great! read more

Went in again a few months ago. Looking for a bakery treat for my old lady dog. What they had is just stuff made in bulk elsewhere so asked if they carry Doggie Style. Got a snarky and snotty response. I know the owner of Doggie Style, wrong move there lady. Brought my fur baby in to get groomed by Kaly M. I asked her to not shave the top of my pup's head and I provided her with a picture. When I got my baby back his head was cut on top not just around his eyes and face. She gave him a mullet. WORSE GROOMING EXPERIENCE My baby had long hair on top with no knots or matts. I texted the groomer within a few minutes of picking him up and told her was very upset with her work. My husband picked him up so I didn't dispute in person. She told me I could talk to the manager Rhi tomorrow. I called the next day and the manager wasn't there, they told me call Monday. Monday I went in met with the manager and she said sorry we can't do much since you didn't dispute it with us the same day. I told her yes I did I spoke with the groomer who said follow up on Saturday. They said all we can do is give you a partial store credit. I said I will take it but it's not enough. DeeOgee is still making money off me even when they screwed up. They know for sure they are still making money by giving me a store credit and having me pay their mark up. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DONT RECOMMEND DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PET HAS LONG HAIR. SLOPPY UNEVEN WORK AND A LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. When I lived in Bozeman I frequented dee-o-gee and missed it terribly when I moved. They decided to provide franchise opportunities and someone bit in Billings so we have one now! I know the owners are different but they do a pretty great job of making it a similar experience. They don't have all of our favorites yet but they do have the tremenda sticks which are a bulk, more affordable alternative to bulky sticks for my pups. They have cute toys and leashes, a good selection of natural bath products and a do-it-yourself wash. Their wash and daycare is a bit pricey compared to others and they are located on the complete opposite side of town from where I live, so we won't likely be using those services. I did use their doggy daycare the first week they were open which was a mistake (and the reason for the one less star). It was pretty disorganized and they had all kinds of dogs together I a very small enclosed space with no outdoor access. The people watching the dogs didn't seem reliable or particularly knowledgeable about dog breeds, behaviors, etc. My dog did not enjoy his experience there when he has at multiple other places. He goes to a local trainers daycare now and just loves it. I will continue to purchase treats and toys from here but probably won't venture that far for washing or grooming needs. read more

We brought our two dogs here for grooming. The job on the Labradoodle was lousy. It appears that the dog was not washed and was certainly not well trimmed. Two weeks after her trim she looks shaggy. Expensive and frustrating. read more

Self dog wash is amazing. The staff always helps me lift my scarred pit bull into the tub and fasten the lanyard that keeps him in there. They have shampoo, conditioner, towels and a dryer for your use. It's great we use it a lot and they even offer a punch card! Win Win. read more

I've taken my boy to doggie daycare here quite a bit too and he absolutely it let loves it. He'll practically pull me through the door just to get in! I only take my dogs to Kaly at Dee O Gee Billings. She has a special way with my pups. My Saint Bernard weights almost 200 pounds and is afraid of blow driers. The second he knows he is going in for grooming, it's like trying to wrangle a ox. She still manages to get him squeaky clean and he doesn't shed for up to 2 months after seeing her. She has a gentle hand and a respectful manner with animals, especially scared ones like my big boy. Working with animals is definitely one of her God given talents. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else. read more

I don't review anything, but no one should bring their dog here to get groomed EVER unless this groomer never touches a dog again. I luckily caught it through the glass as I was shopping. I had my standard poodle puppy in to get his first professional grooming done at D-O-Gee Billings. The groomer Kendra seemed nice, knowledgeable and ready to give a great, positive first grooming experience so off he went with her for a bath and a cut. As I was walking around the store, I glanced in the window and saw him ( like any dog , specially a puppy) trying to get out of the tub while leashed. I then watched Kendra take his head and SHOVE it in the tub and then SHOVE his behind down to force him to sit! And I mean SHOVE. Now I'm not an unreasonable person by any means and I understand dogs will give a hard time, but she was ABSOLUTELY NASTY about it. ABSOLUTELY NASTY. I would never force a dog down like she did to my puppy!!!! She then saw me watching and through the glass and I asked if she was joking. She lipped, "it's ok" . It was most certainly not ok! So I told them to dry him off and give me my dog back. When she came out she tried telling me she put him down into the tub because he was trying to get out and tried making it seem like I was the crazy person. Again, I'm not an unreasonable person, but that was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. She was that NASTY to a puppy. The manager then came out and said "sometimes it looks nastier than it actually is" and didn't think twice about her groomer possibly being unprofessional. I told her to watch her camera footage and then see how unreasonable I am. Didn't budge. I will NEVER buy anything from here again and I'm terrified to get my dog groomed anywhere now. No one should support this business for as long as they support abusive groomers. read more
