You can get your hot dog grilled, fried, off of the roller grilled, or boiled. Also they have gluten free buns and impossible hot dogs so bring your friends with dietary differences. We got several hot dogs and sides. The 50/50 was seasoned well enough that I didn't even need condiments. I really enjoyed the chili though and the mac and cheese. Everything was so delicious. They have old school service and smiles. Great meat, friendly butchers and the folks at the front are super. We buy Curley's BBQ sauce here. Yes, fried in oil - the best oil in all of the western hemisphere - bigly amounts of oil. The flavors were so wonderful and addictive that they should be considered a Class I opiate.
