Terry did not pressure you into anything . I was there. I know for a fact that you have communicated through emails and phone repeatedly , Everything you have written here is an exact opposite of how you were that day when I was present. But this is no way represents Terry with Canine Magic. There is nothing to be done to rectify anything , you should have cancelled in the 72 hour timeframe if that's what you wanted to do . He's definitely a needy little man. Generally after a vacation, he expresses his displeasure that we left him by getting pretty moody - he has been so sweet and cuddly since we've been back! Obvious proof that he wasn't the least bit stressed out by our absence. She is obviously a cat person, which is what my two boys needed. They are pretty easy to take care of...no meds, no special diet or feeding schedule, and we have an auto litterbox. So what we really needed was someone to come in and give them lots of love and attention. She did that 10x over. :-) We requested a daily email just to make sure they were ok and she was kind enough to include a summary of the day's activities and lots of pictures. We looked forward to those emails every single day and did quite a bit of laughing. I would definitely recommend her!

They provided daily updates and pictures when ninja kitty was visible. Kristen and Nicole are fabulous! Also they're website is so easy to use for scheduling and sending information.
