This is a very nice and clean facility with knowledgeable staffing. With that being said, they think they are smarter than you (the dog owner) and will do with your pet what they please. My dog was boarded for a full weeks time. My printed feeding instructions were to feed her 2 cups, twice daily and to top each feeding with 20 drops of anxiety drops. Upon arrival, I was told that the all natural anxiety meds we had her on were junk and if she needed them they would go to their vet and get her some good stuff. What?! Then, upon picking her up, an employee greeted me with an abundance of leftover food from the week and told me that we are feeding our dog too much so they cut her food amount IN HALF. They fed my 93 pound doberman 1 cup of food, twice daily because she is 5 lbs over weight and showed a "slight waddle" when they walked her. Though I appreciate the intent, it was NOT their place to change my dogs feeding schedule without my permission.
I paid these people $120 to not feed my dog and tell me how stupid for not buying "real" meds..... Not impressed at all. read more
