They are unorganized about everything. They lie and change what you say. Until they are told every phone call is recorded on my phone. I have done this since people like this veterinary clinic make up lies. They have no respect for you or your pet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE THEIR PET HERE Update: the owner claims I refused to pick up the RX which was untrue. I told your manager I live one hour each way from the beginning conversation which was recorded. How is this six months worth of medication? I am not using the other RX as it's not correct. Your manager has behavioral issues when being asked a question. I have a right to ask a question. "Breakdown of a relationship" for asking a question. I called back because I was wondering why she was refusing refills. Yet she stated that I originally told Bailey I didn't have the original RX. So which one is it? You are lying and got caught lying. She was advised I had the original RX. I was asking about the quantity that was ALL. I didn't threaten legal action until she told me she was going to refuse all RX's for my pet and told me to find another vet. After lying about mailing it and told me to pick it up. Then told me I told Bailey I didn't have the original RX. Which was never told to Bailey, your manager or any provider's. This is a simple process which I paid for. I also demand the respect you ask for in return. I am not beneath you or your doctors for having a 8 year education in something other than a veterinary profession. So unprofessional to use education as a takeaway.

Doctor Brown understood what we were doing going into the future of our pets allergies. Doctor Brown wrote a RX for after the Zenrelia was completed. You can't give vaccines to your pet on this medication. That's why we were switching. I kept the RX for when we needed it. This was back in September 2025. I called in January 2026, and spoke to Bailey explaining what occurred. I noticed the RX wasn't for the full month since the medication needed to be twice a day for two weeks. The RX was written for 42 pills shorting the month. This is why I called to correct the RX to 44 pills so he wouldn't be shortened. Apparently the manager called me back and I explained the issue. She instantly responded with the vets education. I also have 8 years education as well so throwing out education is unacceptable. I didn't count wrong on the RX. When I spoke to her she said we told Bailey we didn't have the original RX. That is not what I stated to Bailey at all. I asked about the medication not having the correct amount of pills. She basically called me a "liar" without using the word. She instantly told us to not come back because of my behavior. I asked her what behavior, I was simply asking a question. This is unacceptable. She then hung up on me when I asked to speak to the doctor who was writing the new RX. Doctor Brown is out of maternity leave. I never received a call back. All I wanted to know was why no refills were with the RX as Doctor brown has written in September 2025, with refills . She brought up the doctors license. Yet Doctor Brown wrote it in September. I explained we usually fill them 4-6 months at a time because we travel. She didn't want to hear that. She just brought up education. She kicked us out because I asked a question. This sounds liberal and uncanny. Intentions of malice are happening in this office. You aren't allowed to ask questions. If you do ask a question you have a "behavior" and they kick you out. I would not recommend going here. They are not organized at all. This is my pets life they are messing with over some Apoquel for allergies. Who acts this way towards a patient and or client? She acted like it's a narcotic taken by humans. Don't ask questions or you'll be given the boot regardless of your dogs health. The doctor never called me back when I asked Bailey to have him/her call me about the managers behavior. If I could I would give ZERO stars. UNACCEPTABLE
