Have been taking my dog for years, get a call…read more here is a direct quote " there has been a situation your dog escaped the play area, and when the three of us cornered her and when we tried to put a lasso leash on us she got aggressive" no kidding 100% of all dogs who are cornered and already worked up get aggressive. then they blamed it on my dog, had any of them by themselves had a treat she would have done anything they asked shes a lab, instead they put her into a defense situation they caused and then blamed her. I get there they repeat the same account I asked did they try a treat? how did she escape the play area? nope then they said she has done this in the past. I bet she has if your cornering her. however first I heard of it. before this the only issue we had was the boys would not leave her alone after she was spayed. and she got the blame for that as well. if you care about your fur baby definitely pick someplace else to take your loved one. they are not trained properly and they or your animal is going to end up hurt. 0 stars Services Dog daycare

Most recently I've started scent work with my new puppy and have been attending the basic obedience classes with the puppy. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and the classes are fun. But, most importantly, we've seen great results and I truly have 2 pleasant dogs.

Young staff member lectured us if we were a little late, claiming we were throwing their whole schedule off. Rarely were there other vehicles or customers there, so I'm not sure how that was possible. Their services usually took 5 -10 minutes, with every minute of it seeming rushed, adding anxiety to our dog. Staff member didn't appear to have maturity to handle challenges, or interested in our dog. Based upon what staff we've met, you might get a good experience, but you're just as likely to get told that any problem is because of you or your dog, and they can't help you. Oh, and they pre-charge for the services, so if you don't have a good experience, well, that must be because you did something wrong. Pleasant for their accounting, not so much for your dog.
