It was EXTREMELY stressful, but the second I met Brian and his wife, I knew we were in good hands. She kindly took us to fetch some food at a nearby food stop while Brian went to work finding the part we needed to continue our trip. We had been swindled at a mechanic back in Denver, CO a few day ago - the part that broke on our car was the same one that was replaced back in Denver. Brian called them and tried to get them to stand behind their mistake, but they didn't. I am beyond grateful for the work they do, and for what they did for us. They checked on us to make sure we made it to Portland. If I'm ever in the area again, we're stopping by to say hello. The car hasn't given us any issues related to the work they did since. Especially when he could have also charged me for a wheel bearing replacement, and I would have been none the wiser. Best Auto shop in Ontario, hands down. Thanks Cones! I'm sure I'll be back!...
