This company is wonderful. I found them online and had my 1962 Cleveland French horn refinished to…read morebrand new status and bought a case from them as well. I would recommend them highly. It's a beautiful instrument. They bake on the finish rather than the cheaper method, which supposedly is the better way to go And cost the same amount of money so there's no built-in obsolescence when you buy a brand new instrument they put the worst finish on those and they don't bake it normally because they want you to buy a new instrument every 10 or 20 years. Another thing to know is Auld instruments are best to purchase and get refinished, because the brass is brand new and not garbage brass like the new instruments are made. If you do have an old French horn or instrument take it and compare it with brand new ones at the store and you'll find that your old instrument sounds much better than the new ones do - it's amazing! The reason being is the brass is old and new and not recycled and made from old brass it's made from brand new brass that was never used before and recycled. It's the recycled brass. It's no good. It doesn't resonate anymore or as well as the new old brass.!!! Purchase an old instrument and have it made like new again and we sure will be very happy with that or use your old instrument yourself that you've already had for so many years!

I did some research and found out what the problem was and planned to call back to fix the payment issue, but it was a holiday and I was understandably distracted. Joyce called again on the 25th to ask for payment. I was at work and didn't have my wallet with me. I told her that I also work retail and was in the middle of a long and busy weekend. I told her I would call Monday with payment. She still called me multiple times through the weekend and called my store repeatedly to harass my staff in those days. She's unprofessional, rude and I can't even imagine treating my customers like this. The manager said she's the owners wife so there's not much he can do but share the feedback with her. It wasn't a matter of the money. I don't have an issue paying. It's that she harassed me and my staff. Stating that my bill was due on 11/6 and she had still not received payment. I looked over my statements and email notifications with the card on file. She didn't even attempt to run my card until the 22nd when she called me and the problem with my card didn't pop up until the 10th. So, she waited over 2 weeks to let me know there was a problem, on a holiday weekend, and then harassed myself and my staff. She called back to back and from different phone numbers. Seems like a lot of heat towards me when she is the one that didn't execute the payment on time to begin with. If she had ran it on the 6th, like she was supposed to and like we agreed on, she wouldn't have had an issue.
