Kudos on the nice pool and being able to hang out unmolested. We rented a golf cart and drove by some of the other pools and there's no way we would let our kids hang out at a resort with "twerking" and foul mouthed djs. Thank goodness the pool here is family friendly and no profane rap crap. The house was great as usual. Ran out of toilet paper but the staff (foreign girls) were quick to bring more when asked. Maybe we were just here too long, ha!

I highly recommend this resort. The owner--Ed--Ed is a long time resident and very congenial, along with his entire staff! I highly recommend this resort which has cabins and duplex cabins surrounding a large swimming pool. I plan on staying with them again in the future!

He also said that rooms were reserved when they were definitely not. He ignored our reservations and was completely rude. He claimed that there would be a "really big special discount" HA! Nothin *No A/C on the main rooms. Not a huge deal as we spent our time in our rooms. If you have a large group that wants to hang out in this house, it's something to consider. *HARD BED...I mean like, sleeping on boards. Both hubby and I woke up sore with our necks in pain. (We were in the wicker room). My parents in the master suite had a nice bed with a huge TV. Overall, the whole family agreed, we don't think Would stay here again. They responded fairly quickly with what seemed like thoughtful support and they offered to "see what they could do." After that, after following up on their offer they stopped responding to all correspondence (text, Vrbo messaging, calls etc). This was over a month ago and myself and my guest have tried to contact them. Very rude and unprofessional to ignore customers.

We were…read moretold we were booking the middle unit, but upon check in, the group before us had received an "upgrade" ( their words) and were given the middle unit and we were placed in the basement unit. This is not a three bedroom unit- two futons, two horribly dates and nasty stained futons do not constitute beds. If you are over 5'6" you will need to crane your neck to fit in the shower. This is a very old basement that someone has attempted to make decent for sleeping quarters. Everyone shares the yard and porch, so if we were to have stayed in the middle unit, i cant imagine a restful sleep there either as the porch is partied on all night. There were 14 people in the top unit, 6 people in the middle and the 5 of us in the basement. The person that owns this property also owns the houses on both sides and it was party central all weekend. If you are bringing your kids, or want relaxation, there are better places to choose than this location. As a lodging owner myself, I just have to add that the bed sucked horribly. Comfort def is not first and foremost.

Other friends staying at this place were treated the same. i paid this man over $800 for 3 nights and he clearly doesn't appreciate my business. I was treated like a child from the start of the trip. All he did is threaten to evict us if we were loud and would take my golf cart if he found it unlocked. Umm a threat to steal the cart that I paid to rent and signed a rental agreement! They also charge another person in our group twice. They also tried to refuse to offer the same discount price to all the people staying that night.I am currently still disputing their claim and I am horrified at how they handled it. They claimed we placed a chair in the shower!!!!!! We even got the cops involved....a whole Senior Formal ruined by their completely juvenile and unprofessional behavior. I have all the credit card receipts, pictures, lawyer fees, and police depositions to prove my story is accurate.Terrible business, stay somewhere else.

Pete lit the grills for us and got a fire going in the fire pit and then Juju brought out the fixings for S'Mores! Our meeting went well. We were able to meet in all the various rooms, as well as outside. We took walks to Lake Erie. Juju gave us the history of the house, which is fascinating. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are supplied with anything you may have forgotten. The cooking kitchen has everything you need to cook and season any dish you want to make. JuJu made us little personal mementos of our visit as well. I highly recommend the Sunnyside Tower for any retreat or business meeting you may want to hold outside the office.
