By that point, they had forgotten that they even had my computer. They said that they would "repair it as soon as we brought it in" when they had it the whole time. Then, lines appeared on the screen within 3 weeks of getting the computer back. They refused to fix it, claiming that we broke the computer. They then sent it to the part vendor and, a month later, called me to say that the vendor wouldn't replace the faulty part. I paid them to fix my computer and 4 months later I still don't have a usable computer and they refuse to make it right. Avoid at all costs.

The son of the (Owner) was extremely knowledgeable and it was a very small fix and with him running all kinds of tests to see if it was just the needle. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario.
