I am more upset with getting there and being told that my medicine is no longer in stock (even though I call and confirm the evening which I will be coming to pick up). The staff really doesn't even care the slightest, nonchalantly gives the "oh, I gave away the last one of those prescriptions earlier today, so you'll just have to come back when we get more in stock" speech. What? Umm. The hours are really not convenient for someone who works long hours and they are closed on Sundays which doesn't help. To not even be a bit empathetic or pretend to be upset about having a customer come there, just to be turned away AFTER CONFIRMATION of pick up date is actually disgusting customer service and plain rude.

They have very friendly staff and I was able to arrange for my prescription to be made and picked up the following day, and they let me know the cost upfront as well. The storefront is located on the edge of a strip mall not too far from Kings Plaza, so there's plenty of parking available.
