I was booked for a 9:30 appointment, came in at 9 anticipating a wait. When I checked in at the front desk, they told me to have a seat. I sat for ONE HOUR and not a SINGLE person spoke to me. When I went to ask why it was taking so long, I heard them talking with someone saying how they didn't put me on the schedule and they had no clue who was supposed to be seeing me. After their own back and forth, I confronted them about the schedule and they just had THE WORST attitudes. Told me that it wasn't their problem, that the front desk has nothing to do with schedules, and that I had to wait as long as they're busy (which they WEREN'T) Isn't the sole purpose of the front desk to make and schedule appoints? How can you say you have nothing to do with it when you're the one MAKING the schedules? Not only were they unapologetic about having messed up, they were rude about it. I've never been to a place where people lacked such accountability. It's as if instead of hiring people with actual customer service skills, they decided to hire a bunch of high school dropouts with zero manners. I read all these terrible reviews but I was skeptical. I thought, "No way a place can really be that bad." Boy, was I wrong. All these terrible reviews are 100% accurate based on my experience here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't bother making an appointment, they don't honor it. We made an appointment, and when we arrived, they said we'd have to wait 2hrs. What is the purpose of the appointment? I brought my pregnant wife to make sure she didn't have the flu. They asked her why she came and that the doctor couldn't do anything for her anyway because she's pregnant. That is absolutely absurd. Standard of care for pregnant patients with the flu is Tamiflu, because they are an at risk population. So, for them to say that is malpractice. Don't go here. We left immediately. I'm 2 months away from being 18, came in to get a covid test because my mom is covid positive. Workers told me i need someone 18 or over to consent to get the test. I tell them my mom has covid and a high fever, so she can't come in, but they tell me to get her. Even when I offer a call or FaceTime, they reject that idea and tell me to get someone. When she arrives, she says she consents, and they tell her she can't be inside because she has covid. They say that my mom can't consent because she has to be inside the testing room which she's not allowed in. She offers to be on the phone or facetime outside, but they say I must get SOMEONE ELSE! If not my mom, WHO COULD I GET TO CONSENT? When my mom starts walking out exasperatedly, one of two women says "goodbye" with a mocking tone after they dragged my mom with a 102 fever out of bed just to reject her. The audacity of these people and the cumbersome mess that are these rules are just terrible. I hope they're happy that I now have no idea whether I'm spreading covid because my main guardian has it! I doubt me or my mom are ever coming back to this facility, shoutout to the two women at the front desk for being two of the most unhelpful obtuse people I've ever spoken to. read more

I came for a vacation from Hawaii and had a health issue. This urgent care happened to be 3 minutes away from my hotel. They accepted the Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMSA) medical insurance. The reception desk was satisfactory(Could work on smiling more.) Lab work was done at the location. There was a $100 copayment. Dr. Slobodsky and Dr. D'Angelo were two excellent women doctors that were very thorough and highly professional. They called in my medication at CVS right up the street. Upon request, they will give you your visit summary so you can follow through with your Doctor back home. read more

I am with Arthur who had an experience similar to mine. I called the clinic last Sunday afternoon and no one picked the phone. I was experiencing at least 6 symptoms of COVID and I am a college professor slated to return to the classroom in person that week. I went to the clinic in person on Sunday, presenting with all of the key symptoms. I was told that "urgent care is for people who have an earache or something like that." So much for "urgent" care. In departing I emphasized that I'd walk out the door, potentially infecting others. I got an eye roll and a shoulder shrug. They gave me an appointment for the next day at 10:45 for a COVID test. I was fortunately negative. However, it took me 10 calls for someone to pick up the phone and when someone finally did, she said: "Oh well, if you were positive we would have called you." Why should the patient have to call for results? This is serious business. The incompetence is real. I was told that I would get results no matter what the outcome. Don't go to these incompetent and uncaring people who obviously have no training in public health. read more

This place sucks. Do not go here for a medical certificate for a CDL license. The indian woman is a asshole. Everyone I know either fails the medical or has to go back over and over to get it right. And I had to wait and I had a appointment. Then she gives you a 6 month certificate. read more

First, I chose this location because it was one of the only places that had appointments available. I followed the instructions, checked in through their app and was there on time. The nurse who took the swab had a terrible bedside and seemed like I was inconveniencing her. I then waited an hour and a half for my results before I began calling the help line to see what the results were. I then spent 3 and a half hours calling back either every 10 minutes as instructed because no one was answering phones at the clinic or I was waiting on the line for 15-35 minutes only to be hung up on. I finally had to go to the clinic to personally pick up the results. When I asked if the phone was broken, I was told that they weren't answering it so that they could load the results online. After 7 hours of checking the app, there are still no results loaded. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place any time soon nor will I be recommending it to anyone else. read more

AVOID this place. There are other urgent care facilities in Norwalk that provide a better service with more care. I went here on a Sunday when I wasn't feeling well. Six months later me and my wife get a letter from small claims court saying that we were both being sued by URGENT CARE CENTER LLP. I didn't even know who/what that was until I did a little googling. It turns out that instead of mailing me a bill for anything that insurance didn't cover they sent the bill to a lawyer who filed a claim in ct small claims court - like I need to deal with that. I called and they didn't apologize or do anything for me other than to say that I needed to respond to the court. Really nice place that they run- terrible!! read more

Do not go to this place. Dr. Ananthakuma Thillainathan was rude and did not help me with my illness. He literally prescribed me 3 teaspoons (yes, 3 teaspoons) of medication for my cough and said he did not want me to get any more even though I needed something for both day and night. I have never seen such a tiny amount of medication provided to me in a prescription from a pharmacy. The pharmacy was even perplexed. I wanted to also go back since I was not feeling better 3 days later and they wanted to charge me for another visit. The initial charge was $357 so of course there was no way I would go back again. I can't believe how much money I spent to get such poor care. Horrible experience and will never go back. I don't recommend this place to anybody. read more

Our Family just moved to the area and my husband needed to see a doctor due to a possible infection. I found this Center online and decided to drive my wife to this place. We were VERY pleased with their medical care and attention to detail. Dr. Sonia is a very caring doctor who spent a lot of time with us answering all of our medical questions. Very thorough and you can tell she actually cares about her patients. I was very impressed with her and the clinic is very clean and impressive and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Please be careful and check with your insurance company before getting treatment. They take your co-pay and tell you they take all insurance, but they don't. They submit all the insurance, but you have to determined if you are covered. They told me they take Blue Cross, but they don't. There are other urgent care facilities nearby that do take Blue Cross. read more

Rude staff. Was told that the wait time was an hour so I said I would run an errand and come back and they told me that they would lock the door behind me and not let me back in. So I waited the hour. Then I was told that the phlebotomist went home early and that I couldn't get my blood drawn and would need to come back. I never would have waited an hour if I knew that I was going to have to come back the next day. Been waiting 8 days for results and still don't have them. Would never go back. Definitely avoid this urgent care. A regular office visit costs $357 here. I have pretty good insurance and went in to see a doctor in September. I chatted with her for about 5 minutes and explained my symptoms. She wrote me a prescription and i was out the door. I got a bill from Stamford Hospital for lab results from a urine sample that cost $200 and had to pay the balance of $38 and then 4 months later got a bill from the Urgent Care for $193 (after insurance paid half): $357 for the office visit and $35 for the urine sample. I've been to a few urgent cares in my life and never paid this much for any kind of health related office visit. read more

Don't go here - I went seeking treatment for a sinus infection and the doctor said my symptoms had not been present long enough for antibiotics, told me I had allergies - 2 days later went to my regular doctor who is now treating me for severe sinus infection - don't waste your time or money!! read more
