I had an 8:30am Friday appointment for my 2-year-old's skin test, which is what they recommended when I called. They also told me the appointment could take 2 hours, so I took the day off. At 4:30pm the night before our appointment, they called me to cancel because the APRN we were seeing insisted we need a blood test done at a Quest lab and refused to see me before that happened. I've had mixed results with bloodwork at Quest labs, so did NOT feel comfortable walking in with my 2-year-old's tiny arms (during a pandemic). We went to another allergist who kept the appointment, did the skin test, and said bloodwork was optional at her age. At best, this practice is disorganized and inconsiderate. At worst, they give poor care and instructions for pediatric patients. I'd avoid at all costs.

They charge 240 for 15 min a minute over that it's 440 over a half hour it's 700 ! They do it on purpose . It's horrific . The office manager Brittney is a total bitch , she is so unfriendly right from the start and there is no one to help no np no assistant that is equipt to handle anything . Please I urge you do not go to this office , it's a mess and the dr claims he doesn't know what's going on in his office . He knows . He's amazing. He did a thorough exam and explained everything to me after examining me. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them, and he also made me feel comfortable to ask about further action to prevent further infections. It's hard to find a personable doctor who cares and takes the time to take extra steps to make sure they aren't missing anything and that they in fact have everything covered. Dr. Bouboulis is very knowledgeable in his field because he knew right on how to attack my problem. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a doctor who cares, will be there, and take the extra time to help you anytime you need help!

They changed their answering service to an outsourced firm in probably another state which is way more horrible and have no clue of the facility, doctors and operation. But the worst came when the doctor moved away to another location, and they arranged me with another provider 3 months from my requested appointment date. Two days prior, got a phone call that the new provider won't be taking new patients. Fine, left 40 Cross st, and went to the original provider who now works in another location miles away. Even worse experience because of timing/medical record-keeping issues. Now I need my medical records as I want to switch doctors. They have what's on file but the knowledge about my issues with the doctor is completely lost. If you can, avoid this place at all costs. Overall I'd give my primary doctor a four star (after seeing him for several years) - he's fine except when there's more than one problem I see him for, he's overwhelmed or annoyed. I'm ok to visit him twice for two different problems - the issue is timing, appointments etc. suck. I'd rather pay him twice in the same visit. Unfortunately, my primary doctor is not accessible to me anymore.

When Dr Srinivasan walked into the room she shook my boyfriend's hand that was sitting next to me, skipped me and went across the room to greet my fiancé's mother. After talking for a while to my fiance and his mother, she finally talked to me and her question was: " How long have you been working with her?" And I repeated: working with her? Doing what exactly? My fiance jumped in and explained to her that I was his fiance. Her eye balls came out of their sockets. Then she simply said sorry. Now let us assume that I was the caretaker. Dr. Srinivasan doesn't greet caretakers of any race, or black caretakers. I saw a few patients of color there. Folks you guys need to think twice. It is clear that this ignorant has some deeply rooted issues. Either she is racist or rude or both. Be careful who you trust your health with. Obviously this physician does not understand the meaning of the Hippocratic Oath. She is far from being humble, to say the least she personifies RUDENESS. I hope that the managing entity for Norwalk Medical Group will take this into consideration and will make certain that such attitude is not tolerated in the practice and that the patients, their caretakers, and family are treated with respect during their visit to the center. Life-Changing Relief - Balloon Sinuplasty & Septoplasty Success…read more After years of chronic sinus infections, congestion, and difficulty breathing through my nose, I finally decided to undergo Balloon Sinuplasty and Septoplasty--and I'm so glad I did. From the initial consultation to recovery, the entire process was professional, supportive, and surprisingly a quick recover. My ENT clearly explained the procedures, expected outcomes, and recovery timeline. The balloon sinuplasty was minimally invasive, and the septoplasty addressed a long-standing deviated septum that had been causing major breathing issues. The procedure itself was quick and efficient, and I experienced discomfort afterward that was properly addressed. There was no packing or long hospital stay needed. Within just a few days, I could already feel a significant difference: less pressure in my face, easier breathing, and better sleep at night. Within a couple of weeks, the first 2 weeks, benefits became even more clear. I can finally breathe freely through both nostrils. Recovery was faster than I expected, and the post-op care instructions were easy to follow. The support staff and surgeon were caring and responsive throughout the process. If you're struggling with sinus issues or a deviated septum, I wholeheartedly recommend talking to a trusted ENT about these procedures. This has genuinely improved my quality of life--something I didn't realize was possible until now.

Sometimes we have to wait a bit past our appointment time, but I truly feel it's because she takes the time to answer every one of your questions without making you feel like she is in a rush to get to her next patient. I will gladly wait an extra 10 mins to get quality care for my children. I have also seen the sleep specialist who is an absolute miracle worker! And we've seen the asthma/allergy specialist. The nurses here are also wonderful as well as the urgi care staff. Everyone here takes the time to get to know you and your children and I completely trust them with my children's health.

I called multiple times to ask basic questions--how to register and what documents to bring--but no one ever answered. I left several voicemails and never received a callback. I decided to go in person, filled out all the paperwork, and left my son's medical records as requested. I was told they would call me within two weeks to schedule an appointment after uploading everything into their system. I waited, but after two weeks--nothing. I called again, left more voicemails, still no response. I went back to the office, and the front desk gave me a card with a specific contact person. I called that number with the extension, left voicemails, and even sent an email--again, no response at all. It felt like we were completely ignored. After waiting about a month with no communication, I went back to retrieve my son's medical records so I could find another provider. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or help move things forward, they seemed more than happy to hand the papers back and move on. That was very disappointing. I then found a different office, and the experience was completely opposite--they called me back the same day and scheduled both pediatric and dental appointments for the following week, quickly and easily. This office has been one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of communication. The lack of response from the front desk and staff made it impossible to get even basic care started. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and responsive pediatric care.
