Worst urgent care ever. I went for a COVID test and staff was rude. The nurse didn't even stick the swab properly up my nose so it wasn't even accurate. I waited 6 hours in line for this test. Don't even wait your time going here. The health department should shut them down. read more

I recently went there for COVID testing and it was the most stressful experience. The women were understaffed when I went so I understand having to wait for a little but the website advertises 20-minute results and I got my test done at 1 and had to go in the next day to get my results. The women at the front desk were rude and for such a demanding job I don't blame them but each time I went back that day for an answer of when they were going to call me they never gave me the clearest answer and quite frankly had an attitude. I have anxiety to which I am sure others can relate, so waiting for this call meant stopping my day and night anxiously waiting for that sense of relief. I went back to the office twice, once before they closed and a second time to see if they were still there and just had a lot of calls to make. I never meant to annoy the women but when I can't get through to the office through the phone and waited till 10 at night to give up on the thought of them calling, there is a point when this is unprofessional. I posted this on google but google tends to push the bad reviews far down so I hope this helps anyone looking for rapid result testing. read more

I recently went to Docs Urgent Care for what appeared to be a sinus infection. The PA was absolutely amazing, she listened to me and all my symptoms and suggested I get allergy testing. When checking out the girls at the front desk quickly made an appointment for allergy testing which I was able to do right there in the facility. Great experience and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. read more

Terrible customer service, I realize it just opened but I was the only person there on a Saturday at 9am and waited 15 minutes to be seen. I saw the doctor for 5 minutes, but then when I had to pay the co-pay, the computer was "down" and I waited another 40 minutes while they were calling people to see how to get the charges to go through. I spent more time waiting for them to figure out paperwork then even seeing a doctor. Ridiculous. read more

This is my first time writing a yelp review because I have never had such an AWFUL experience at a doctors office. The staff is rude and inconsiderate of other people's time. The receptionist couldn't bother to look up from her phone and asked me to repeat myself 10 times. After I finally got through the check in process, I was right on time for my appointment. She told me to wait in the lobby, and after standing in the lobby (right in front of her) for 15 minutes, she told me I had to stand in front of the door (3 feet to the left of where I'd been standing) to be seen. At this point my appointment is running so overdue that I am in a rush to make it back to work for a meeting, and I kindly ask them if they can email me my results. They told me I'd need to come BACK to get them even though they have a patient portal and my email? Overall HORRIBLE experience would not recommend to anyone. read more

My first experience with Docs Urgent Care, Bethel, CT in 2020 was great. Wanted an antibody test for Covid. Booked an appointment on 4/1 and was sure to enter the reason for my visit in th e comments section. Arrived and was told there wasn't a resource to draw blood. Girl working on computer in side area from front desk booked appointment for me on 4/2 for test. Returned, and again was told nobody was available to draw blood. Person who booked 4/2 appointment, was again on computer, no explanation on what happened as SHE booked the appointment. Tech was very apologetic. Computer girl now books 4/3 for 8am. I was told I was all set, "the provider" will be able to draw blood. Just about to leave this morning, and receive text message for appointment scheduled at 2:45pm!? Now I think the girl scheduling is messing with me. I cancelled. I don't get it and neither does Docs Urgent Care, as the bad reviews continue to roll in. I will find a different resource. Can't continue to drive 3 towns over based on a good first experience, only to be told there is nobody available, or to have appointment changed. read more

Amidst the COVID epidemic, the front desk personnel refused to wear masks but assured me they were "nearby". The provider on call also requested that the staff put masks on, but they refused her as well, claiming they were uncomfortable. They began arguing with each other in front of me and the provider stormed off. Post-visit, the front-desk staff were unable to process my payment due to technical difficulties and told me I would have to fill out a form allowing them to process the payment later (with an additional $10 processing fee). After leaving very frustrated, I spoke with the Office Manager to inform her of my negative experience. She too got defensive and explained that they have challenges finding good people and management doesn't support her. To continue the trend, my follow-up test results review was scheduled several days later as a televisit with the provider. The provider never showed up for my televisit. When I eventually spoke with her later, she was rude and told me she was simply too busy to join the televisit because the other patients at the site are more "important". After venting to me and giving me excuses, she eventually apologized. I appreciate the stress that health care workers are under, but with so many other options for urgent care in our community, my recommendation is that you should steer clear of Docs Urgent Care (Fairfield) until they get better people and appropriate training. read more

Like everyone else says, this place is the worst. I had to give one star to post my review. I'd heard there may be a long line, even if we had an appointment. I came prepared to wait. I went to check in at the front desk, and she said--without breaking eye contact from her screen--that they weren't accepting appointments and they had too many walk ins. The website was wrong. I could not be seen--despite having received an appointment confirmation. I commented someone needed to fix that, and she cut me off to tell me that she couldn't fix the entire website. Had she NOT cut me off, I would have said that it would make HER day a lot easier, too--because I do get the frustration, although mine wasn't acknowledged. I told her I had hired a sitter to watch my kids for this, so the least they could do is call people and let them know the appointments are bogus. I should have known it would be a debacle. While waiting in line to check in, a senior citizen in front of me asked if there was a bathroom he could use while he waited and she answered that they didn't HAVE a bathroom, and "next?" again without looking at anyone. Absolute garbage. Avoid at all costs. read more

I'm so impressed with how speedy the service was. While the website allowed me to choose an appointment time, when I walked in, the front desk was courteous, professional, and said they strive to not make the patient wait. Sure enough, the med assistant came in, took my blood pressure, and then a doc came in shortly after. I was out of there in 15 min!! Really appreciated the speedy experience and capable and courteous medical professionals. read more

Horrid Customer Service from the front desk to management staff! Went to DOCS in Fairfield, CT. Saw the medical provider who who diagnosed me with chest congestion. Really my hacking up a lung in the office didn't give it away. Was given antibiotics and inhaler. I told them due to other medical conditions their are certain medications I cannot take. Was told these drugs were fine to take. WRONG! Anyhow told by the front desk that I was to come in for a follow-up and would not be charged because it was a follow-up. WRONG AGAIN! Received a bill in the mail and saw they also charged my insurance. Called several times their billing dept that is somewhere in India to no avail. Next thing I know I receive a collection letter and phone calls from collection agency. Told the very nice person on the phone what had happened. She called the billing manager who stated she terminated the front desk person for giving out wrong information but she stated their policy is to charge. Now you have a billing manager who admitted their employee was wrong and terminated but refuses to own up to their mistake. My advice RUN as far away as you can from DOCS in Fairfield, CT. read more
