I could tell she was very knowledgeable from this initial call. I was not knowledgeable on the divorce process and also very new to the mediation process. She helped me understand the 100's of questions I had though this process. Her mediation strategy was far superior to the other mediators I had spoken to. I provided a list of the things I wanted and my ex provided a list of things she wanted. If there was any disagreements Barbara would be the intermediary between the two of us making this process very smooth and easy. I know using another mediator would have resulted in a much more stressful process with worse results. Pricing was excellent and she offered her mediation services for each step of the divorce process where you could choose to quit after any step. The other mediators did not offer this and required 100% payment up front. Barbara was very responsive and made sure everything got completed as soon as possible. I do not normally write reviews for anything, but there was no way I wouldn't for Barbara! Thanks again!

Our mediator wanted to charge us $750 PLUS her hourly rate just to run the child support calculator online. Barbara charges a reasonable fee that is a fraction of the cost and takes care of everything you need. She is accommodating, flexible, professional, honest, and competent. I'm going to use her to do my living trust next!

I discussed what I needed and paid him for service and filing. Wasn't what I was expecting for a process server but hey, as long as it gets the job done. He seemed reluctant to have to file it, but once I paid him extra for that it was fine. Unfortunately the service was done, but the filing wasn't. I noticed on the probate notes the day they made them, and called Ken. He seemed confused, and called me back asking for the wrong person. Apparently he forgot, and would make it up. then he called me again and said he thinks he doesn't have to. The judge has told me twice, that I have to. And it's in the probates note. I explained this to Ken. Ken did try to make it right and he went down the next morning, but he needed all the information again. I guess he no longer had the email obtaining it. Unfortunately it was too late, (the day before court) and the judge made no decisions based on not reading my submission when it was due and served the week prior. Have to come back in 4 months. He seemed pretty busy with family matters, and would call me at drive thru's I really wouldn't say he's professional. I'll give him 2 though, just to not be an ass because he did half the job. It just affected more than me today.

They prepared the 3-day notice perfectly, handled all the court forms for the unlawful detainer, got the proofs of service done right, and even guided me on what to expect at the sheriff lockout stage. Everything was accurate and filed on time no back-and-forth corrections or delays. The best part? It cost way less than hiring a full attorney, but I still felt like I had professional help the whole way. They answered my questions quickly (even on weekends sometimes), and the flat rate made it easy to budget. If you're a landlord dealing with a non-paying tenant, I highly recommend LDA Pro Legal. They made a stressful situation actually manageable. Thanks Angela and team!

It's 3 days after submitting all our documents and payment online and I am googling to find out if the business is even open and real which is not a good sign. It seems like they must have gone out of business because it seems strange that there is no communication whatsoever. No one answering the phone? No one answers emails? I can't find anywhere it says this location is now closed but something is not right. Disappointed. So after first denying we existed I sent a copy of the very confirmations of information uploaded to their website and payment to their office. I also sent the emails that went ignored. The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly. Who wants to deal with a company on sensitive matters that is so unreliable, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and who is more concerned with their yelp reviews than client service? We got our money back but they wasted our time. We won't forget that for any of our rental properties.

They quickly scheduled me for a consultation with Michael, who made me feel heard and reassured. After I signed a retainer agreement, they moved promptly to gather information about my case and draft a demand letter. However, communication broke down after that. I never received confirmation that the letter had been sent. When the response deadline passed, I reached out for an update and waited about a week for a reply. I was told they had modified the response deadline (apparently because the letter hadn't gone out as planned) and to give it more time. When the new deadline passed, I again had to reach out for updates. I was told they hadn't heard back from my landlord and would try emailing the letter. Once again, I didn't hear anything further until I followed up myself. They suggested waiting another week and then possibly filing if there was still no response. When I asked, multiple times, to discuss what filing would involve, I didn't receive a response. After two weeks without communication, I decided to end my representation, as I was concerned they wouldn't be proactive or responsive enough to resolve the matter effectively. I do appreciate that they produced a well-written demand letter and that Mr. Arrasmith personally reviewed it. My final invoice also showed a recommendation to proceed with filing, though that was never actually communicated to me. The next lawyer I hired brought things to a conclusion very quickly, but I feel like the money I spent with Mr. Arrasmith was wasted because that lawyer had to repeat a lot of the same work and draft a new demand letter. Overall, I felt I had to do the follow-up work myself to keep the case moving, and their lack of communication ultimately made me lose trust in their services.

I retained this firm for a single, clearly defined purpose: to represent my disabled minor son in an already active civil case that I had fully prepared and filed myself. This was not a complex intake. The case was organized, documented, and ready to proceed. Their role was limited--appear on behalf of the minor when required and ensure his legal interests were protected. Instead, the opposite occurred. The moment the court ordered counsel to appear for my son, the firm effectively abandoned the case. There was no meaningful advocacy, no substantive participation, and no protection of the minor's interests at a critical stage of litigation. This has now placed the case in jeopardy. Over the course of less than three months, the firm cycled through three different attorneys. There was no continuity, no accountability, and no communication sufficient to justify what followed. Despite this, I was billed approximately $4,500 for what amounts to little more than administrative filings--specifically, two forms that I personally prepared and filed. To be clear, the only reason I retained this firm was because the law requires a licensed attorney to represent a minor. That is not a formality--it carries a heightened duty of care, especially when the client is a disabled child who cannot advocate for himself. That duty matters. It exists to ensure that a child's rights, safety, and future are protected at every stage of a case. In this situation, that duty was not met. What should have been careful, consistent representation instead felt like indifference at a time when it mattered most. My son depended on this firm to show up for him in a meaningful way, and that did not happen. The lack of continuity, the lack of communication, and the lack of actual advocacy are not just procedural issues--they have real consequences for a child who has already been through more than he should have to endure. From both a professional and ethical standpoint, the handling of this matter raises serious concerns. Families seeking representation--especially for vulnerable individuals--should not proceed under any circumstances. If you have had a similar experience with this firm, I welcome you to reach out: [k_aranzasu@facilitationwithheart.com] Hurting an adult is one thing, but a disabled child?
