After trying to talk to someone about transferring my deceased mother's house out of her trust and into my sister's name with not much luck, we were given Harry's information by a title company. I called and was able to talk to Harry about what we were trying to do. To us, it sounded simple enough but deciding which forms we needed and how to fill them out correctly started to become a little daunting. Harry was able to have the forms filled out after a few informational questions. We met at a local coffee shop where we signed the docs and had Harry notarize what needed to be. After getting the forms, we went to the County Recorder and Assessor's Office where we had no problem having the title transferred. The whole ordeal took about 2 1/2 hours.
