This was our first experience and it definitely won't be the last. Where do I begin....well, from the very beginning, when we walked in, we were met with a pleasant hostess, who was smiling and eager to assist. We were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress, who was very knowledgeable and able to provide us with every detail of the menu, as well as, offer food suggestions. It was hard for us to make a decision because they offer a wide variety of choices. Our food arrived fairly quickly considering that it was Father's Day and pretty busy. The food was excellent and full of flavor. You could certainly tell that it was cooked and prepared with skill....remarkably good! We are some pretty hard people to please and they certainly exceeded our expectations! The customer service and professionalism by the owners and staff is outstanding! We were greeted by the owner, Mrs. Chanika who came over and introduced herself. She shared stories with us about the establishment and also checked on us throughout our dinner. I was highly impressed. After dinner, we sat outside on the benches in front of the restaurant and discussed what a delightful evening it was. They offer such a comfortable and welcoming environment and we did not want to leave! The Galley made Father's Day an enjoyable and memorable experience for my husband and his brothers!
