I find it difficult to even leave 1 star. They have no care about their clients. In 6 years of renting all over the UK for employment reasons these are the worst estate agency I have ever come across. As a result of their total disregard for tenants, I experienced mental health issues which the consultant psychiatrist blamed them for. I have never met a bigger bunch of liars in my entire life. When I first arrived there were 15 items on the itinerary/inspection report that I found fault with. I was told these would be sorted but if I didn't sign acceptance I would not get the keys and was due to start a new job the next day. After 3 months of emails, phone calls and visits to their shop I was ill. I had to resign my job, be escorted back to my home town, receive psychiatric treatment and be signed off work by medical consultants as being unfit to work. I have rented a property through Dockside. I have found the staff to be obstructive and difficult to contact. In spite of recorded evidence of damage done by previous tenants they attempted to charge me for a professional cleaning service. Omnishambles! read more

They don't care about their clients!!! They don't have enough training!!! Their customer services are disgusting!!! They are not organised - they promised we can move in a day, had delivered all our furniture and staff at the booked our, and to find out they went on holiday and told no one about it! When we finally moved in, place was not cleaned, food on the walls, everything sticky and disgusting! Lied about fees and charged more, always kept adding taxes! Don't negotiate the check out day or hour, if it means loosing your job, you have to do it anyway because they don't care! If your house is extremely clean, they'll still find you fees to pay from your deposit and you are being told you only get 20% of your deposit, money that you might don't get back anyway. We emailed to say we haven't received the money, they said they don't owe us anything! When we complained to the manager, nothing's changed! Conclusion - RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!! Don't ignore this thinking that we have been an unlucky case. We did when reading about others thinking the same because we loved the property, and we'll regret it forever.
