NOTHING!!!!!!!! no calls to say it is done. no one answering when we call. the machine was a gift to me from my sister and i would really like it back, REPAIRED!!!! upon doing some digging, i found out that i am the third person with this problem with this company at this address. i am highly upset and very disgusted with this matter and this company. very poor customer relations and as far as i see it right now..... a thief!

P.C. is located inside another building harboring a slew of other small businesses (I forgot the name of the building itself, it's a large brick corner building with the word "square" in it). The list of businesses in it are on the side and on the wall when you go in. P.C. is in room 9 on the basement floor. And yes, an elevator is readily available. If you have any issue with a computer you can't solve yourself, there's no "if's" "and's" or "but's" about it, YOU GO HERE! There's no beating around the bush, no predatory business practices, and no suprise charges. My biggest regret is not knowing of this place sooner, as soon as he set down your pc and unscrews the shell you can tell you're in good hands.
