During that time no one from Custom called me to explain the delay. In hindsight , the $75 charge to engrave 6 initials seems a bit steep. If you need work done to schedule, I would look elsewhere. Luckily, I was not on a schedule needing my knife back. Communication was very poor from the company. Engraving performed was acceptable.

The pricing is competitive. The salesmen were knowledgeable in construction, so that was a big plus. I found this business on a Wednesday.
