A hearty shout-out to Eric, who took the time to check the back of the store to see if he could find an item which I needed to get the "But One get One for 50% off deal. He was super friendly and very eager to help me. What a nice man...and he found the item I was looking for! Checking out was also quite an enjoyable experience. Brittany was as friendly as they come and very upbeat during the entire checkout process. Her constant smile was quite infectious! As I was leaving the store I happened to run into the store manager, Janelle. I told her what a positive experience I had that day and how helpful her employees were. She clearly was, not only proud of her employees, but was also very proud of her store. We ended up buying some of the caramels and candies to take home to our family. You definitely pay for the quality. It is very good candy. I recommend looking at their "oops" shelves. They are the same great candy, just not visually "perfect" to sell, and they are at a great discount. We got some caramel, some lemon drops etc from this section. I picked up a couple of items and my friend wanted to buy a few pieces to take home but was told she had to buy a certain amount in order to get them packaged up. My friend didn't want to purchase that many items but she wanted her items wrapped up to take home to her girls. She declined. I ended up purchasing a few items including one single piece of chocolate to share with my friend and it had to be eaten right away which was fine with me. We both left there and felt the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming mainly because of the older woman (owner?). She wasn't rude--just not very friendly. After trying the chocolates, I didn't think they were all that great. Definitely not for the price.
