My husband and I have been loyal customers of this car wash for years. We regularly bring both of…read moreour vehicles here for detailing because we've always appreciated the service. Unfortunately, yesteday's experience was incredibly disappointing. I watched my husband pull into the area clearly marked "Park Here for Details," just as he has done many times before. Instead of politely explaining that the parking procedure had changed, an employee immediately approached him with a rude attitude and told him he couldn't park there. After going back and forth for a few moments, the employee finally told him to "just pick a spot." As someone standing there watching the entire interaction, I was shocked by how unnecessarily confrontational it was. My husband was simply following the posted signs. If parking procedures change because of a special event or an unusually busy day, that's completely understandable. But the solution is to update the signage or have an employee politely direct customers where to park--not to be rude to customers who are following the instructions you've posted. Good customer service starts with treating people with respect. We've supported this business for years, and it was disappointing to see a loyal customer spoken to that way. I hope management addresses both the confusing signage and the way customers are treated, because experiences like this make people think twice about coming back.

I just bought the car and wanted to protect the paint. After trading messages with Wlad, I decided on getting a ceramic coating. The entire process was easy and Wlad walked me through what it will take and kept me updated on its progress. When I dropped off my car, I got to see all the other vehicles they were working on. It's very impressive all the work they do. Boats, Semi Trucks, sport cars... When I arrived to pick it up, I almost didn't recognize it. I couldn't believe a car could shine so much. I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job.
