I really feel like he went out of his way to diagnose the problem, explain it to me, and then fix it for a very fair price. In addition, Jim was attentive to customers as they arrived, the waiting room and bathroom were clean, there was free wifi, and there was a Keurig and chilled bottled water available to customers who were waiting. Mike fixes your vehicle for a fair price, and will be upfront and honest with you about what you need, what he recommends professionally, and takes the time to ask what you may want. Bottom line is you get great service with an honest man. You can go to another place that will nickel and dime you and find a million things wrong for everything you don't need. Or you can come here and get it done right and be told what will and won't last. I've had a few times he's told me something, I didn't listen and didn't wait and got it done with a dealership or by someone else and I paid way too much, and it didn't get done right, and I ended up back to him again later.
