Beware, you pay first, then you e-mail them your old resume, then you have a telephonic interview for 10 minutes with the resume writer. Then she sends you a draft of your resume. I received my first draft of my resume and it was horrible. The format of my resume was beautiful, but the content, grammar usage and the sentence structure of my resume was bad. I requested a refund of my money, and the company declined my request. Then, sent me and e-mail stating the following: "You may address your writer if you'd like something revised/changed on your resume as long as it is done is a respectful and professional manner. We will continue to honor our agreement to provide services as long as you are willing to work cohesively with our team. Note: Because of the nature of your current and previous employers, you may have a conflict of interest in which we our legal team could have contact with your employer." This was horrible customer service. The human resource manager of this company should of resolved the matter by calling me and apologizing for the poor quality of the resume. Then, figure out away to resolve the matter, by refunding my money or reassign my resume to a different resume writer who actually cares about their customers and produces a good work product. Go to a resume writer who cares about you and the quality of their work product; sit down with them and discuss your resume in detail. Also, ask to see examples of their resumes. Once you are completely happy with your resume, then pay them. read more
