The confusion and missed appointments along with the lack of skills with William are very real folks. I would recommend using a more competent company with an experienced writer. Worse resume company beware. They do a crappy job and then when you don't like it they don't care and they take your money and not give you the product you paid for or work it out with you. T ey say they do but they don't any any one who complains about them instead of trying to make it right they just write a nasty reply blaming it on the customer. Most or all places would try to work it out but they are scammers and they don't care if you are happy. They won't reply to v mails left when asked to be called or emails. And when you open a complaint with bbb or credit card then they reply with threats and say they wanted to work with you. But funny they never do when you try to let them know you aren't happy with the product and then when you go to the next step then they say they wanted too or was willing. Lies lies. I am sure they will write a nasty comment about this poor customer service and never try to resolve it. Just beware of them look them up on bbb you will we how I am not then only one and then they respond with threats and blaming customer not a customer oriented place when you do that not a way to run a business or get referrals. Very dissatisfied! Will never recommend this service as William C argued with me over the phone. He spoke over my voice, any personnel in management should first understand conflict & how to handle unhappy customers. I paid for a resume, the writer was very nice but had to make many small corrections. The LinkedIn is where the problem occurred. I called many times to reach a representative via phone & even made multiple emails regarding the LinkedIn account. No answer & no call back. I received an email today regarding my completed LinkedIn information, I then checked my LinkedIn account and was very disappointed. It looks very sloppy and when I finally reached William by phone he expressed that if I wanted a refund that there is a legal email (no phone number) that I could communicate through.
