IMPORTANT: most quotes you'll receive will likely be on the high side due to the fact that they sub the work out. Couch's does the tenting themselves, so not only are they more familiar with the work involved, you also end up saving $$$. Donnie was my point of contact and he answered all my questions (and I had many). He also provided me with the special bags to store my food items, and gave me tips on how to best prepare my home for treatment. (I was able to save a prized plant on the side of my house thanks to him not overlooking even smaller details.) After spending approximately 48 hours away, I returned to a home FREE OF TERMITES, with no issues whatsoever. Kaye went through every room in the house and pointed out places where ants and other insects are able to get into the house and gave advice on how to block them. Kaye was very reassuring about the safety and effectiveness of the pesticides and she treated every room plus the outside of the house. She also left ant and silverfish traps. Overall, Pest Care was less expensive than our prior pest control company and Kaye was more thorough.

Our first encounter was seeing fairly large bugs running across the floor. My wife screamed and said "WE'RE OUT OF HERE!". I quickly call my friend who lives in the same park and he suggested to call Dave Sr. owner of "Bug Out" and gave me the number. I called and explained the problem and he immediately came out and identified them as Palmetto Bugs and quickly treated our house. He said it might take a few days but if we continued to see them call and he would come right back. My wife insisted that after one days she saw another. So to keep her happy I called and he came right back out and did another treatment. Then they were all gone and have been ever since. Recently we encounter very tiny bugs on the counter top so we called "Bug Out" and they came right out. Dave identified these as German Cockroaches and explained their origin and reproductive habits. Also they might have been brought in on some of the leafy vegetable we bought. Anyways he treated and baited with precision and now they are all gone. I don't normally write reviews but after recently receiving a flyer from a Big Brand Name bug company franchise operator making goofy statements about their service it inspired me to do so. Remember, anyone can buy a franchise if they have the money whether they personally are any good or not. The name may have a reputation but the operator doesn't. Dave Sr. explained that "Bug Out" is a family owned and operated business. We have now been loyal customers for well over 10 years. They have constantly expanded over the years but still kept the personal family touch and always take the time to answer any questions we might have in full detail. I can not say enough good things about Dave Sr., his son Dave Jr. and their whole "Bug Out" team. They are truly knowledgeable professionals in every aspect.
