I explained my situation and he said he was available to be there within 5 minutes. Timing worked out perfect as he was already in the area. Something happened with my pill switch and anyways, I ended up with the solids side over flowing into my liquid pump out side of the septic tank. He was very professional, understanding and even explained to me about the type of toilet paper we were using was causing issues in the tank. Tank was cleaned out perfectly and I was back up and running. Rates were very fair, explained because of where we live the waste goes to Winnipeg to be disposed of. I would highly recommend Everclean Septic after this superb experience. Will definately use their services in the future.

He came over, took the time to explain everything and cleaned the tank thoroughly. Our neighbor came over while Heritage was cleaning our tank and asked if he could do theirs too as they had the same issues we had ( we both were using the same company). It's been almost a year now and we have cleaned the filter twice and it was barely dirty. We are extremely happy with their service and will not go with any other company. We would give him a 10 plus out of 10 and definitely recommend Heritage Septic to others!

Two weeks later, we were showing a sewage backup and I called Heritage in a panic. We had friends from BC coming in that day! Not only did he come out as soon as humanly possible, he didn't drop his son off at school first, as he could tell I was in a real state. The tank was full again! He was only going to take off the top bit until I could get a plumber out, as it was a problem with a (new!) pump. He ended up doing a full service again and didn't charge me!!! The plumber came out after I returned from the airport, repaired the pump, tested the system and we were good to go! (no pun intended) I will never call another company for our septic... full marks to this fantastic company and owner!

We got the very reasonable prices up front before the work was done, and at no time did he try to up sell us on anything we didn't want or need. There were no hidden costs. Service is honest, very fast, clean and efficient-everything was explained in terms we can understand. On both occasions we had other very minor plumbing issues which we mentioned to him, and he fixed them right away and only charged for materials used. We have recommended him to our neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company to strangers. We're thinking of getting the old pipes replaced in our house and with the excellent work (and price) we have received we will probably without hesitation use Rocket Rooter. Don't be fooled by those large "franchised" companies when you can buy local and even save money. Look no further then Rocket Rooter! Thanks Alex. -Happy River Heights Customer

When booking the appointment, a week in advance (to adjust work schedule), notified owner what the EXACT issue was. Cracked copper line from the toilet...even double checked that the line would be replaced with PVC pipe. Today, the tech showed up with instructions that toilet was plugged. Owner even argued that it's a plugged line, but was tied up and wanted to inspect himself, to ensure wasn't a plugged toilet! Leaving patch off, and sewer fumes venting into the house. LAST time they were called, on this same issue, he "forgot" and wanted to come the following day. Working people need to take time off work, and one day off work was enough. I, personally, cut out the piece that was visibly cracked, and put a patch on. It's copper. It cracks, and leaks. IT'S NOT A PLUGGED TOILET
