Called 5 companies for a quote for furnace & hot water tank replacement. Two (SS plumbing and…read moreLynn's) never got back to me. Tradesman's prices were much higher to start and after negotiating, Shorty's gave me a discount. CanPro tried to sell me an oversized furnace (80K instead of 60K, which is what I needed) and said that their "standard" furnace was as good as a "premium" which my research doesn't suggest. The gent who came out (Thomas) told me everything I needed to know and was thorough. Tradesman and CanPro were less so. No problems with the company/payment. Installers (2 plumbers for the tank, 2 for the furnace) were pleasant, professional, efficient and helpful. No hesitation recommending Shorty's. Local business!

Our natural gas hot water tank died overnight. In the morning I turned to Google and Yelp to find a…read morereputable company to come and fix it. While I'd never heard of Lynn's before today, I saw they had a great review score and almost every one of their reviews was from a highly satisfied customer. Based on this, I called Lynn's. The call was answered by a friendly staff member who said someone would be out to replace our tank within an hour. Sure enough, within the hour a couple of their friendly employees were here in no time at all and they had the old tank out and new one up and running. The price was reasonable as well. I won't hesitate to use Lynn's again and I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family. Signed - A New Highly Satisfied Lynn's Customer

Not an ethical or moral company at all. If small business is supposed to treat their employees like…read morefamily then gods help anyone related to the owners. My father died in July of 2024. I was told to take whatever time I needed as family comes first. What a joke. On returning after a month, I was told my contract would not be renewed as it wasn't a "good fit". The decision was passed to Chris and Patrick in the parts department by Jon who decided that losing my father wasn't bad enough and decided to take my job from me as well. Chris is professional while Patrick barely spoke to me for the time I was there. Toxic culture that will make you wonder if you're being valued at all. Avoid this place as a work place but more importantly, as a business. Places who treat employees in such ways shouldn't continue to operate as they are stuck in a past without compassion or understanding. I genuinely hope this place goes under
