He came over, took the time to explain everything and cleaned the tank thoroughly. Our neighbor came over while Heritage was cleaning our tank and asked if he could do theirs too as they had the same issues we had ( we both were using the same company). It's been almost a year now and we have cleaned the filter twice and it was barely dirty. We are extremely happy with their service and will not go with any other company. We would give him a 10 plus out of 10 and definitely recommend Heritage Septic to others!

Two weeks later, we were showing a sewage backup and I called Heritage in a panic. We had friends from BC coming in that day! Not only did he come out as soon as humanly possible, he didn't drop his son off at school first, as he could tell I was in a real state. The tank was full again! He was only going to take off the top bit until I could get a plumber out, as it was a problem with a (new!) pump. He ended up doing a full service again and didn't charge me!!! The plumber came out after I returned from the airport, repaired the pump, tested the system and we were good to go! Paid him to install a septic pump, he had me drive across town to purchase…read morethe pump myself, then when he installed it he wired it for 240v even though it was only on a 120v line. Septic pump overheated and cooked the bearings in the pump so it's super loud. When he called me later to try to sell me the septic pump snake oil he was peddling, I told him of his mistake and the damage to my pump and all he said was ok and hung up. Amateur. I rarely pay anyone to come and do things for me - and this guy is a great example of why. If you want it done right, do it yourself rather than calling Dnipro Plumbing.

I called Andriy on a Saturday morning because after over 2 hours of plunging and snaking, I…read morecouldn't get my toilet unplugged and it was backing up into my tub and then started leaking from the bottom of the toilet. Andriy was at another job but told me he would be here later in the day, he came at around 2:30, had to power snake my pipes (75 feet) to unclog it and had to remove the toilet to do that. He is very efficient, explains things thoroughly and always has a laugh and a smile! I've had Andriy do other plumbing work in my home over the past few years, and he will continue to be my go to plumbing guy!
