Once upon a time, a long time ago, the owner was concerned with residential customer satisfaction. Fast forward to today. When booking the appointment, a week in advance (to adjust work schedule), notified owner what the EXACT issue was. Cracked copper line from the toilet...even double checked that the line would be replaced with PVC pipe. Today, the tech showed up with instructions that toilet was plugged. Owner even argued that it's a plugged line, but was tied up and wanted to inspect himself, to ensure wasn't a plugged toilet! Leaving patch off, and sewer fumes venting into the house. LAST time they were called, on this same issue, he "forgot" and wanted to come the following day. Working people need to take time off work, and one day off work was enough. First impression: they're serious about wanting your business. I called the # this morning (weekday) but couldn't stay on the line to leave a message while answering the door. In less than 5 mins my phone rang and it was Rocket asking if I needed any help(!). They promised a technician would be over to take a look at our basement drain right away, and he arrived in less than an hour. Dustin was great - professional, friendly, explained the potential issues clearly, and quoted a reasonable cost (avg is about $250-$350 for jobs like this). Turns out there was a blockage between our line and the sewer, and thankfully not too bad of one as the "snake" machine cleared it after only about 12 feet. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. My sewer backed up so I called this company. They came to solve the problem. A few days later the exact same problem occurred. They came back and invoiced me for a second time even though it was the same problem. They said it was fixed again. Weeks later the sewer backed up again, they came back for a third time. They cleaned the main clean out and said that would certainly fix the problem. They charged me a third time. At this point I replaced my carpets and everything damaged. A week later the sewer backed up from the bedroom because they didn't put the sewer cap back on. I called to let them know to reimburse me for their error and they basically told me to screw off and said I was lying. They said I was responsible for the damages and that if I wanted the job done right I should have been there to make sure the cap was on right. Terrible company and terrible owner. read more

He saved me over a hundred dollars as I had asked for a camera to be put down the pipe to see what was the problem. We have had Alex from Rocket Rooter to our house twice now to fix plugged drains. First it was the kitchen sink and then the bathtub. We got the very reasonable prices up front before the work was done, and at no time did he try to up sell us on anything we didn't want or need. There were no hidden costs. Service is honest, very fast, clean and efficient-everything was explained in terms we can understand. After calling the "big names" and being told that they couldn't come out to fix the problem with a clogged sewer drain for at least a day, I called Rocket Rooter. They came when they said they would, called ahead to make sure they had the correct address and took their time explaining the problem to both me, and to my husband over the phone.
